I've been working with Tiffany at this office. I'm always calling with a thousand questions & she is so patient and knowledgeable. She was out of the office & even her colleagues were helpful and nice. The whole staff is A+ customer service. I recommend them to all my friends & family. You guys deserve 10 stars ?

I was in the market for new insurance specifically to lower my rates. I submitted a request for a quote online and very quickly afterwards I was contacted by Tiffany. She gathered some information and within minutes I received a quote. During the process I had additional inquiries which were answered immediately. I was slow to respond to emails but Tiffany remained patient and very understanding. I never felt pressured, I only felt valued. Ultimately I ended up getting insurance through Tiffany, not only because the rates were much lower, but also because I received superior customer service.

Extremely happy with experience at State Farm. I worked with agent, Kaitlyn Roman. She was persistent, but never bothersome, and extremely detailed with my questions. She was patient, energetic, and overall a pleasure to work with! I will absolutely recommend people. I worked with Progressive since 2009, but this policy was identical and almost half the price. I am so appreciative of Kaitlyn's assistance!

In my search for auto insurance I called at least 6-8 companies and Kaitlyn with State Farm was by far the most pleasant and informative person that I spoke with. You could feel her joyful mindset through her voice. After speaking with Kaitlyn for a few moments I knew I was with the right company :) I felt she was a straight-shooter with the info she was giving and her confidence was apparent from the get go. Glad I made the choice I did and would recommend anyone looking for an insurance quote to call Kaitlyn. God Bless

Friend of mine used this insurance. Looking at the crazy policies from this location was so perplexing. Then I got the stories of the customer service here-- They charge an arm and leg!! I recommended them into a different office which they full heartedly enjoy as I've witnessed.. If you think your time is valuable then do not become a client here.I wanted to make this review to spread awareness as all the past reviews seem to be from years ago when they worked more efficiently. This location is losing their ranks in the insurance game but the employees here as I've heard are all sweet but slow, so choose an office wisely!

I did not have a good experience here over the multitudes of times I tried to fix my policy.I was hoping to use this office for forever actually, but I was wrong. It is just snail-mail, the process of communication here. I wish you guys the best with your future endeavors but I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
