I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for my sister & brother-in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary this past week. When I picked it up on Wednesday, I was sooo very impressed by what I saw! All the guests at the reception were amazed by the perfection AND the deliciousness of this yummy cake!I will DEFINITELY order another cake from Sam’s at Belcher & Park in Largo.

I recently had the most fantastic shopping experience at Sam's Club, and I can't help but share my glowing review. I’m a former employee and I’ve been trying to get in contact with a manager for the past two weeks to obtain my last check. I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone to get this resolved. I have about $100 worth of stocks that needs to be cashed out and I haven’t had any help with this matter whatsoever.

Ive been coming to this store quite a bit in the last 4 months or so and i feel absolutely horrible for the employees that work pickup, i have dealt with their supervisor Destiny on a few occasions and she is not very pleasant at all shes very tyrannical in her tone with how she talks to people and the way ive heard her talking to her employees coming in and out you would think shes a slave master cracking a whip. These corporate companies are not very smart when it comes to selecting whos going to lead a department they will just put anyone in charge and then they have a department full of disgruntled employees. If shes allowed to be nasty to the employees i can only imagine how the rest of the managers are. I will not shop here until i know she is gone and i will be spreading the word to other sams members in fb groups and blogs. No business is a dictatorship and these people dont seem to know that. Would not recommend this sams go to the clearwater one.

We had an appointment to get our tires rotated that we'd made the previous week in person. We've bought several sets of tires for both my vehicle and my husband's. This visit was only for my husband's truck. We dropped it off on the scheduled time, went across the street to breakfast, and did some shopping. At the 2 1/2 hour mark we checked to see how much longer it would be, they hadn't even started it yet. We had other obligations so we had to leave without getting the tires rotated. An employee apologized profusely, he said they were overwhelmed and under staffed. It wasn't his fault, I felt for him. However..Sam's Club needs to hire more staff. We saw MANY people leave angry. We were kind, others not so much.

Terrible store, very rude staff. Checking receipts for 3 items on cart causing major delays to get out of the store after you pay for your items. Only to be told by the rude young lady checking receipts at the exit to “get out of her store”. This is not the way to treat customers. I am seriously considering not renewing my membership at this chain store.
