3 hours to get set tires with an appointment.... The tire guys are hustling but they have absolutely no help either in the shop or up front... Awful experience..... Dread having to come back for rotations....

**UPDATE**
Added a star. Went there in person and the tire got put on with in an hour. Huge thanks to Casey for honoring members and doing an outstanding job. Casey deserves a raise.
**AVOID AT ALL COST**This is by far the worst experience we've had with any business. Not that they would care, but we have complained and reported every employees name to corporate. I have never experienced so much being lied to in my life. They have absolutely 0 understanding of anything. Whoever does the scheduling here doesn't know what they are doing. You are supposed to allow time for things to go wrong or unexpected changes. We had a tire ordered. It came on the day it was supposed to. Ole lying RICHARD told us that he would make sure that they could do it before Saturday because we were leaving to head back home ( 11 hour drive mind you ). When the tire came, they completely dishonored what they said and said that we could either come in Sunday or wait longer. We made clear to them that we were from out of town. The employees here are completely brain dead. They went out of their way to cuss us out on the phone though. They also were going to let us drive off on a flat. Absolute jerks. Guy we talked to on the phone was a smart*ss. Thankfully, we got a spare tire on and will now have to drive back home on it. I'm glad we ended up not using them, their mechanics know nothin about working on cars. This is genuinely the worst lying group of people you will ever deal with.

I have been a 20+ years tire customer at the Pinellas Park Sam's Club tire center. I have two vehicles and have had several sets of tires installed here on both vehicles. Here was my recent experience: On 5/1/24 I had tires (same brand tires as bought here in the past for this vehicle, because they were so great) installed on my Tahoe in advanced planning of a road trip with a trailer. $820 final bill with installation. When I picked up my vehicle it had an awful ride and vibration that was not there before the new tire installation. I was suspicious there was perhaps a bad tire on the right front causing the unusually rough ride. I returned to Sam's club 56 miles later to have all 4 tires checked and requested replacement of the right front if there was an issue with the tire. I was specific about the symptoms experienced after the tire replacement and asked them to check all 4 tires since I was going to be traveling with a trailer. They did replace the right front tire under warranty. Thank you. And I was told they checked all the other tires and they were all okay for my trip. Thank you. I left the club and unfortunately, I still had an odd ride and a vibration. It was a little better, however, there was still unresolved issues. I proceeded with my trip since I was told all the tires checked out fine. I traveled 1,200 miles round trip with a trailer and could not go over 60mph the entire trip. At my destination, I was unable to have the tires checked because it was a Holiday weekend. So, I proceeded home. Thankfully I was able to return home without any issues, but the ride was long since I couldn't go over 60mph and uncomfortable. After I returned home, I took my Tahoe to a trusted garage that also does tire work. It was found that ALL 4 tires were OUT OF BALANCE. I took a 1,200 mile trip with 4 brand new tires out of balance! The tires were all balanced by this trusted shop and my smooth ride is now restored. I will NEVER EVER go to Sam's club for tires again! I have been a long time customer with never any prior issues. I have referred countless people (I know a lot of people in Pinellas Park) to this tire center. Unfortunately, they have lost not only my business, but my referrals also. I don't want any compensation from Sam's Club. I am not looking for anything free. I just want others to make a more informed decision about where they take their vehicle for tires. Knowledge IS power!

Update: I see negative experiences about the employee RICHARD in other 1 star reviews, and that's just here on Google! He's still employed there 4 years later!? This says everything you need to know about Sam's Club. I'm cancelling my membership ASAP!I ordered tires from Sam's Club online, as I was referred by my dealership who does not sell tires. Wow! Wow wow wow! What a let down!I ordered my tires, which took far longer than the estimated 5 days Sam's Club online states to their customers. Be aware of this. I got the email that they finally arrived so I called to make an appointment. The first available was a week later so I took the appointment. I showed up early and I saw only 1 vehicle in a bay and on a lift with employees all over the place. That sure looks and sounds like they're pretty slow so I was looking forward to a quick turnaround. I waited patiently but was ignored while standing there to drop off my key. The employees were having a chit-chat session in the aisle of tires and just kept looking at me while they chatted??I was finally acknowledged, as I heard a man whose name tag said RICHARD was talking bad about me (because I showed up early) and my car (because of the make of my vehicle)!!! This man is extremely immature to be speaking so poorly of customers and judging those customers for the vehicle they drive!? I haven't heard comments like that since high school. I was shocked! I was given an estimate of "about an hour", when they were very slow. On top of all of that, they "forgot to call me" for 2 hours when they knew I was inside the store in the waiting area... Which they don't actually have, so you will be waiting at the cafe tables for hours. They called me AT CLOSING when my car was the only one in the lot. My wheels were FILTHY! Everywhere I've had tires changed or any work done, they clean up after themselves. NOT HERE!I was kind and courteous to them, even when this man RICHARD and his coworkers were talking bad about me (a complete stranger).I HIGHLY recommend you spend your hard earned money at a tire service shop where you will be respected and treated like an adult and a human being. This man named RICHARD has no business being employed anywhere with his fabricated drama nonsense and unbelievably poor customer service. I had an absolutely absurd and negative experience here! DO NOT SHOP FOR ANYTHING HERE!!!

When I bought new tires at Sam’s Club, it included a tire warranty. With all the construction going on here in the Tampa Bay Area, I’ve had to replace several flat tires, and my warranty has covered ALLLLL of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!I really just wanted to leave a shoutout to the hardworking men here……lamentably, I don’t know these guys’ names. They stay on their grind, though! They work so diligently and honestly. If they can accommodate, in my experience, they will. I have not left here disappointed, only elated that my warranty has covered so much, and that the men at Sam’s Club Tire work so hard to help me. (I wish Sam’s Club would hire them some additional help. They have a lot to handle over there in the Tire Centre).Thank you so much, guys, for each and every time ya’ll have come through to save my days! <3

Sam's Club is a great place to shop - in-store or online. The scan & go is my favorite way to shop at the store. Simply use the app to scan your items, checkout on your phone, and go directly to the door where your purchase is reviewed. Fast & easy. Having a plus membership provides for most items to be ordered online with free shipping. You also can take advantage of bonus shopping time (early with fewer customers). The store is very clean and easy to maneuver.

My doctor says I absolutely positively must lose weight! So I went to Sam's Club and bought about $75 worth of fish. I got scallops pound and a half for $30, I got blackened salmon skinless and boneless on sale for $15, I got raw deveined and tail off shrimp $18, I got 3 pounds of Swai fillets on sale for $12. I have never heard of Swai before but the price was right so I thought I'd try them.I also got apples mushrooms and broccoli fillets for my veggies and fruit. I also bought six top sirloin steaks for $22, and chocolate covered raisins because I have to have at least one treat $13.

Most Sam's Club are efficiently run. Unfortunately this is not one of those Sam's Club's. This club is completely lacking in customer service. All indications are a need for new store management. Just try to call the store - the phone rings and rings then automatically disconnects. This is not how a business is runMost certainly- when BJ's or Costco moves closer there will be a tsunami of customers leaving as quickly as possibleUpdate/On 8/5/22 was in the Club. Nothing has changed - employees are untrained and management wanders around aimlessly or clusters in groups socializing. The customer service desk is an embarrassmentTrying to return a item took over 20 min in line only to them be told the ONE attendant didn't have clearance for register. Now my self and another customer we're told to get into another line (unstaffed) and that they were calling for another attendant. Over 10 min later no one ever came however 4-5 employees were all standing together in what appeared to be a "what did you do last night" bs get together. Finally an assistant manager walker over from the group and proclaimed the employee who called for assistance didn't use the "walkie-talkie properly. After 40+ min a simple one item return was accomplished on the 2nd try by the attendant.Prior to leaving asked to speak to store manager Joshua Prince who was (of course) unavailable. Provided my phone contact and was assured of a callback that NEVER OCCURRED. Attempted to call the listed number - no one answers, 50+ rings till disconnects. (Same issue as noted 7 mts ago). Why list the manager name/phone on receipt when neither respond and/or work. Joshua Prince simply isn't doing his job and it flows downhill. It's no the employees fault, it's clearly insufficient training and dysfunctional management. When will home office visit this store and make the needed changes - starting with the store managerUpdate 8/31/22Let another message for store manager Joshua Prince and although callback promised- no call. Just amazing that a obvious failure like Joshua Prince is still employed. His name and phone number on every receipt - for what purpose? Mr ignorant doesn't call customers back

Hey what can I say Sams Club is big and they have it all. They're friendly and I found what I needed and more.
