I always go to this store looking for my dyes and other things that I need for my hair, the problem here is not the product, it is the customer service, they have staff first starting out who do not know how to recommend any color and the other young people who They serve the cash registers, I got one and I asked them a favor to give me the $5 dollar discount I had! When I left, upon reviewing my bill I could see that she had not deducted the money, I returned and her reaction was not the best! IIt seems like she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be there! And the other thing, I went to buy my color that I always use, and a woman who "I think" was a color supplier approached me and recommended a color that she said looked good on me, and the result was a disaster! So ?

The girls were super helpful and really informative! One helped me with choosing the right bleach products, another with accessories, and my third and fourth trip a third person helped me with figuring out tints and demi permanents. Really great team they have there!

The manager of this store (Liz) has very poor communication skills. I asked a question about the return policy and she became very agitated. I asked her to reduce the aggression she was directing at me and she became increasingly combative. I felt the fight or flight feeling kick in because her energy was so confrontational, it made me uncomfortable, so I just disengaged and left quickly. I will never return to location as I feel it’s unsafe.

Visited this evening and was disappointed by the strong smell of Marijuana in the store!The other customers were asking the same question. Some left.I hope the employees are not smoking on the job.

Absolutely disgusting Customer Service- The manager was so verbally aggressive to me because she "didn't hear me speak" and then proceeded to come at me with such a rude vile tone towards me. Not to mention I went there a few days prior and the cashier told me how " Men should not be allowed in our store" because she was too busy involving herself in a couples conversation about hair instead of cashing me out. She sat there shaking her head and telling me this.... Not acceptable! I will NEVER shop there again!

Great experience. Malaysia was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, she had a lovely energy. Her guidance made a daunting at-home salon process much easier. I see leadership potential in a young person who takes such agency in her workspace. 5 stars.

I use to love coming to this location.. I was very known with the old employees but once they left the store hasn’t been the same … a girl whose name begins with an A who doesn’t work at this location I believe she works for the one in Seminole is always half naked and see through clothes and looks like she is going to a club I bring my child in this store with me and there is an older lady much older who is always cocky and rude and always has an attitude…. The new manager is cocky as well and talks bad about other employees to the older lady… I’m sorry but I never get help when I go in there which is fine I know what im doing but I don’t even get greeted… Erica and Dakota are the nicest ones I have met so far …. I don’t come to this location much any more … I’ll travel and waste gas to go else where….

The girl working on July 2nd at 6:40 p.m. does this business a huge disservice! Out of all the Sally Beauty stores I've been in throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, she was the rudest and least helpful. I don't believe I will return to this location. Plus the smell of weed in the store was off putting and quite nasty. Since moving to Pinellas Park this is the first business I've been to that was such a horrible experience, hopefully it's the only one.

I had the BEST experience recently here with two very knowledgeable employees. Dakota and Erica were so friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially, Dakota. She took her time to coach me through what I wanted to achieve with my hair and really took her time explaining to me how the process worked and what products to use. She even gave me cell to text her with any questions with color corrections. These two young ladies truly care about the customers and were very helpful. I've never been to a Sally's and had this type of experience. I hope they acknowledged for their exceptional work

Sally’s is not inclusive to black people. It’s only products for white people. A manager told me she knows it isn’t and she was working on getting more products in for black people. It’s been no this and no change. They don’t even sell stocking caps.

Horrible customer service. Two girls sitting in the back room having personal conversations. No one at the register. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Worst experience ever. I was set to buy dye for my hair and a bunch of conditioners and supplies. Guess the next store will be getting my service. I refused to go to the back and ask for assistance. What a way to ruin my experience.5-5-22 5:12pm Thursday

Erica and dakota were so helpful and experienced!! These employees were so nice immediately upon my arrival. They were so helpful and made many recommendations. I left feeling grateful that I went to the store in the first place!! They need to be recognized at the pinellas park fl location!!!! I have had many pleasant experiences with this location so I felt the need to leave a review from my experience!!
