Fitting rooms were closed and the sizes are off from what I was able to try on over my clothes. Cheap clothes in more ways one. Definitely will not return.

If I could make it negative I would. I got an outfit, I couldn’t try it in at the store because their fitting rooms are closed still. I of coarse misplace the receipt and they wouldn’t even switch me for the right size, so 18$ and I have something with tags on it that doesn’t fit

Was shoppping today I’m store and wanted to use the dressing room to see if size fit and was told I couldn’t try on any item because they were closed! Why have dressing rooms if no one can use them??

Extremely Unprofessional, visited the shop at opening which is 11 not 10 like listed on google. No one showed for 30 minutes and never apologized to any customers waiting. Disappointed

I rushed in 10 minutes before closing as I just got off from work. Needed something to wear to church that was warm. Most establishments would have issues with customers shopping this late but not this location. The manager Lorraine (I believe this was her name) not only greeted me upon entrance but assisted me with my purchases! Her taste was on point (she looked like a fashionista w/short and chic hairdo) and as a result I received multiple compliments on my outfit today. Of course Rainbow is known for its low prices but my items were even on clearance. I spent 15 minutes here and left with two outfits including accessories. This staff is what other businesses should aspire to have and retain.

I've been coming to this store forever...always had great customer service, but Bree and Lauren are the real MVP!I really appreciate their friendliness, assistance and all around welcoming, great service! Job well done, ladies.
