“I am a small business owner and I am constantly in and out of the post office to ship packages and this wonderful place will always be my go-to for my shipping needs! I'm in here so much that on the days I don't need to go in, I always think of the owners and wonder how they're doing that day. They are the kindest people and the atmosphere of their business reflects exactly that. They recently updated all of the floors and they added a little coffee stand so customers can enjoy a cup of coffee while they look at books. It's a wonderful place to check out, whether you live here or if you're a visitor!”

“We came to the area for vacation, my daughter got loved ones some postcards we came to The Madeira branch. We had the best customer service, Gina was who helped us she made our visit an experience, she let me daughter pick and choose her stamps from the pack letting her pick her favorites. Understaffed and underpaid so understandable if it isn't silver platter fivestar resort all inclusive service. The post office and its workers are what makes our country so great, many folks depend on it to get medicine and important things for survival. “One of the better post offices in our area. Sometimes the men are "focused" and not very pleasant but for the most part everyone here seems to like their job and enjoying working. Always have the stamps I want and never rude. I make people smile everywhere I go and this place is no exception. I read the other reviews and am behooved bc I have never witnessed anything other than assistance. Clean too and fully stocked with boxes of various sizes :)”

“I really like the Cleveland st. Clearwater Post Office. They have great staff and customer service. I have been going there for 20 years and 98% of the time the customer service is fantastic, and professional. I always notice when people treat you with interest, courtesy and want to give you the best service. This Post Office should be commended or rewarded for their customer care. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it to help me with my postal services I need. That includes the PO Box. It is a great service. Well done!!!!”

“When I arrived at the USPS location just before closing time with an urgent package to send off, I was fortunate to be assisted by Bruce, an employee whose helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Bruce was not only quick and efficient in handling my package, but he was also incredibly friendly throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I was completely informed and comfortable with the shipping process. Luckily, I was able to ship my package right on time without any hassle. It’s not often that I get good experiences at shipment centers.”

“I went in to ship my package this morning the lady was amazing even tho they don't accept cash she put me in the right direction for a atm she was so nice I asked her If she had bubble rap to buy as I was shipping a phone to my mom she told me she didn't sell it but she cut off a pice of her own and wrapped my phone very nicely and put it in its box wial I wrote out the addresses she was so sweet and very friendly I do not understand these reviews maybe these reviews are to someone els that I didn't deal with as it was only one woman and the woman I dealt with was super sweet will definitely go back if I ever have to ship something”
