Went in for two cashiers checks was charged an additional $10. I called customer service and was told there was a third withdrawal slip. I did not authorize or sign a third slip. Was on hold about 20 minutes while customer service attempted to reach someone in the branch because they did not have the ability to refund me. No one could be reached.

I arrived to make a generous deposit and request a cashier's check today and the young gentleman teller was rather rude.

I love using their ATM you withdraw in increments of 1$, yes you read correctly 1$!!!!! Not to mention the ATM is free free free!!!!! Much love PNC!!!

Just ran to PNC bank to make a deposit and had the worst experience. There was one person working and the girl’s customer service skills were very lacking. The line is very long as she was the only one working the desk. I witnessed her tell an older gentleman that you just wasted your time. You need to start using the ATM machine when he was trying to make a withdraw from his bank account. I understand that in today’s world, everybody wants things done yesterday, but have compassion for other people. That interaction may have been the gentleman’s only human interaction for the day and he had to have a bad experience. He The entire time I waited in line, she complained to every customer about her partner being on lunch. But two days ago, I was in line and had a massive line behind me and the same girl pulled “well I’m going to lunch” and left.

I have gone to this branch 3 times and had terrible service. The last, and final time that I will go, I waited in the drive through for 15 mins. Finally I had to go inside to get my license and debit card back since no one would answer me. I was told "we are doing our best, it is the first of the month!" Lesson learned...don't do ANY banking at this location on the 1st of each month. They can't plan ahead to prepare for it.

My mother made appointment, Doug had us taken care of and out of there in a timely manner. There hasn't been a time that this branch has made me wait or couldn't taken care of myself and family.

Can never get anything done here in less than an hour. Down to the simplest tasks. You MUST make an appointment or they won’t see you. They frequently have “system issues” or “internet problems.” Don’t bank here. I literally drive to the PNC in St Pete because of how terrible this location is.

This review would be far too long and exhausting to really post. Therefore, all I can say is that Maria D, Nestor O, and Doug B, were exceptional in solving my fraud charges and ensuring that I had some dollars in my bank prior to my departure. The staff stayed at the bank almost an hour after it closed to resolve my issues. I don't know about the other branches, but this Branch was fantastic!

I truly regret doing business with PNC. They will take money out of your account with no explanation and then treat you rudely when you call them. I'm in the middle of trying to get them to give back my stolen money, once that happens, I am cancelling all my accounts with them. In these hard times, taking people's money is just wrong. Shame on you PNC.

I drove an hour to do a wire transfer because there is no branch near me. When I arrived, one of the tellers asked what I needed. I was told, after waiting several minutes, that they couldn’t help me because all 3 customer service representatives were booked all day. There were no other customers in the waiting area at the time. It was 11am. I was told that I should drive to another branch and someone would help me there.
