I called looking for my vehicle and I spoke with the rudest woman I’ve ever encountered answering phones! This person should not be allowed to communicate with customers if she has this level of disrespect! I will make my experience known to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area! Had to.move a disabled van that had been in storage for quite awhile. The driver terrierfied my kids who broke down. He was yelling at other divers and flicking people off while being on his phone the whole time. He was on others bumpers. My kids were highly shaken up. When I met them at the drop off point I tried to talk to home and thank him. He ignored my and speed off into oncoming traffic..
