We love coming here, staff is super friendly and it's a nice way to exercise your dog out of the heat. Staff usually remembers my dog's name, which is nice. It makes it feel like a neighborhood store.

Other than the fact that we had to go ask someone to help us, service was great. She was very kind & helpful with picking out the specific fish we wanted. The cashier was nice as well. Plus, he helped us update our information.

I normally shop at petco and have never had any problems. Tonight I went to petsmart and it was an awful experience. I couldn't make it to petco tonight before they closed but I will be there tomorrow and I know I won't have any issues! Petco is the pet store I will always shop at.
