If I could give it zero stars I would. In the month of November we bought a vehicle in this place. Which three months later, in February, was removed from my home for not being fit to be on the road. The owner asked us for 21 days to work on it and return the money. And we've been doing this for 2 months and he continues to extend us and give us face.

My experience here was a positive one. The car I went to see, and ended up buying, was exactly as advertised. Sergio was friendly, straightforward and honest. They have their own service shop and go over the vehicles they sell to be sure they are mechanically sound and clean. I’m sure if I have any unforeseen issues, they’ll help me to take care of it. Definitely recommended.

Sergio the owner, definitely took care of me!!! I got referred to Park Auto Plaza by a co-worker of mine. She, herself has purchased a few vehicles from him in the past. And has gone here for all her vehicle repairs. My mini van is 20 yrs old, and no warranty. His repair/labor prices are very reasonable & their work is prompt!!! Now that my oldest son has a daughter, we needed another vehicle in the family. Sergio had a Jeep Patriot Latitude for sale, and since I don't need a huge vehicle, his price was in my budget, so I bought it!!! He and his mechanics are very honest, and I will always be back for any repairs between my two vehicles. Plus, I will recommend him to all my family and friends!!! Thank you Sergio for taking care of me and my family!!! Merry Christmas to me & I bought myself a newer vehicle!!!

Had an experience which left a sour taste in my mouth... Waste of time and money. When i dropped it off, i made it clear i needed it back by the weekend. He ended up keeping it until Saturday afternoon, and when i go to pick it up, he tells me a much higher price than discussed and that he didn't finish the work. I had to sign it to get my car, but the bill is absurd, almost$900. And the check engine light came back on almost immediately. He also said my spark plugs were horrible and melted, but i found a receipt that i just had them replaced earlier that year. Watch out for this place because if you don't know much about cars he'll probably try and rip you off. The$200 i was charged for diagnostics obviously wasn't anything because a few months later and the car is driving rough again. I would take it back to them but based on my first experience i won't because of how much more time and money it cost

I met Sergio the owner yesterday after speaking with him over the phone. He answered all my questions honestly in advance so I felt comfortable driving an hour to see the Honda Element we were interested in. My husband and I trusted Sergio and I have a lot of experience buying cars. Everything went very smooth and Sergio was very professional. He also gave us a 30 day warranty on the used car so we feel very comfortable with that. We are very happy with everything.

The owner of this business as no concept of "Proper business ethics".Drove 2 hours. The car I was looking for was sold before I arrived, even thou I had confirmed I was on my way and would arrive within one hour (Which I did)I should have known to trust some fly-by-night outfit.Good luck if you do business with them

I bought a car from this place, it was a BIG MISTAKE!! It has all the mechanical issues you can name. He doesn’t even take care of cleaning. Failing sensors, tie rods, and cv axles; alignments issues, illegal tire tread depth; you name it. RUN AWAY, never buy anything here, do not bring your car for repair either.EDIT: The owner answer to many negative reviews like “reviews are coming from someone who wants to damage his business”. IT IS A LIE. We all are real costumers. You can tell from that what kind of person he is. I ALREADY WARNED YOU.
