WARNING- Stay away from Olde World Cabinetry in Pinellas
This company is a disaster to do business with - a Nightmare!!
We were tortured by their incompetence, disrespect, lack of communication, and lies.
The "designer" at this "high end" cabinet company made so many errors which led to months and months of delays and unnecessary stress. He ordered one cabinet a foot too low and one not wide enough to fit the kitchen sink we purchased from them. When he was told of these issues from the installer, his response was "My bad".
We ordered very sleek black glossy cabinetry. The baseboard by the dishwasher was unfinished at each end so instead of finishing with piece of glossy black baseboard the installer used a Sharpie and colored them black. He did the same with chips on many of the drawers. Several don't close properly and get chipped when you open and close them. You can't get more unprofessional than that.
There are so many other issues, one being a panel on the back side of a kitchen island, that we saw was not the correct size. The installer said he knew about it, told the designer, but both of them thought we wouldn't notice so they never ordered a replacement until we pointed it out.
There was a long list of items that had to be ordered, changed, fixed, etc. including many that still need to be fixed or replaced but since we held back the final payment, they put a lien on our home and refuse to finish the job.
No one needs the stress of dealing with this horrible unprofessional company. We didn't have the use of our kitchen for months and months after it should have been completed due to their incompetence, costing us a load of money as we had to eat out all the time.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Terrible Experience with these people!! I don't know how to do NEGATIVE stars but 1 star is too many! Measurements were taken incorrectly and upon pointing out the problems Nancy got offended and walked off the job with it still undone!

Beyond thrilled with all of our Olde World cabinetry throughout our home. Nancy was amazing to work with, the installation team were total pro’s and perfectionists— it all looks beautiful and functions like a dream! Highly recommend!

Beautiful showroom. Sales staff is snobby. They carry nothing in stock, not even handles or knobs. Everything is special order.

We had Olde World do our remodel of our kitchen 2 years ago. They did a great job and the kitchen has held up well over those 2 years (we have a 2.5 y/o). Olde World did only the cabinets in our photos, but they worked with us to ensure all appliances would fit perfectly. The other work such as counters, flooring, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and ceiling were all handled by other contractors, managed by us and not Olde World (though I believe they could have handled some of it for us). The installer that did the work at the house was very knowledgeable and professional and does a lot of high end work. The cost is certainly more than we could have paid going with some other local companies but I would certainly work with Olde World again on any future projects due to the professionalism, timely work, and quality of install.

We had such a phenomenal experience with Nancy at Olde World Cabinetry. My husband and I were building a new home and our builder directed us to Olde World for our cabinet design. Nancy was accommodating (hello Saturday morning meetings!), kind, and all-around wonderful. She is a former interior designer so she had great suggestions for us as we designed all of the cabinetry and chose cabinet hardware for our home. Olde World has a wonderful selection (we did a mix of completely custom, stock, and Olde World's new Euroline stock cabinetry) and the products are all fantastic quality. We are so happy we worked with Nancy and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
