I used Mr. Mover in 2018, and had a positive experience so I decided to book them again for my next move. HUGE MISTAKE! I had a strict move-out date, booked them weeks in advance, yet there I was waiting around for 2-hours with no phone call, no email, no returned voicemail messages, nothing. I called every single number, and could not reach a single person... NOT even their sales line. They decided to call me back 3-hours after my scheduled move time to tell me that they did not have any delivery guys to complete the move. I was left in a panic, scrambling last minute to find ANY moving company that could do a same day move with zero advance notice. College Hunks Hauling Junk was the only company that was able to fulfill the job last minute, and it cost me nearly 4x what I budgeted because of Mr. Mover. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I called them multiple times on the day of our move trying to get a status of our movers. All they said was to stay by your phone and they'll give a 30 minute lead time. We never got the call and we called them multiple calls with no call back. We have an infant with no crib and we have no mattress. We'll all be sleeping on the floor tonight. I left a message begging them to call back given our circumstance. Don't give companies like this your businesses. They deserve to go under.

Very slow, what could have been a 4-4 1/2 hour job turned into 6 hours. We packed everything. My daughter even started to help carry things out. The guys were very polite & friendly, but slow. Sorry guys. We were suppose to have a close rack to carry out our clothes, but that didn't happen. We had to leave our clothes, go back & pack again.

After we were told the movers left @ 9am they took 2 1/2 hrs to get here. When they did, the driver was obviously unprofessional, as soon as he got out of the truck he said, "I want you to know I don't even want to be here!" He was belligerent, spouting obscenity's. ?My Husband said he reaked from booze. They loaded a bed, mattresses & a dresser (broke one of the legs on dresser.) Took them off the truck & took off. This was after a $230 deposit was made.We couldn't find another moving service so we had to rent a Uhaul and found a guy @ 4pm to help. I've never seen someone so unprofessional!Do NOT use this company!!

I NEVER leave reviews... But after my experience with this company, I was left no choice. Look at how they packed the truck.. Many damaged items. Terrible customer service. Pretty sure all of these 5 star reviews were paid for.

If you want your furniture dirty, gouged, rained on inside the truck, thrown off the truck onto the ground, scratched and generally beat up, use this moving company. After a move I am having to buy new mattress and box springs for two beds and recover two chairs. The wood furniture has gouges in it. Terrible move. Don't use them! The pictures are just a sample.

The movers themselves were great and they deserve 5 stars but the communication with the company is horrible! They are quick to book your service but absolutely ridiculous when it comes to discrepancies. My move was completed friday afternoon and I was quoted one price by the mover and signed the paperwork. As he is walking out of my door his boss messages him with a quote that is more than the actual timing. I immediately call the office and get no response so I left a message. Also called the next morning and get no response and leave another message. Finally.on day 3 I get a call from the manager who doesnt even know why I called even though I left a very detailed message. As I explain the situation and let hum know that even the driver stated it was a 2 1/2 hour job.. his response "he is just a driver, I am the manager and I make those decisions." After that was said I hung up the phone because clearly that was a useless conversation and this person should not be a manager of anything! Thankfully it was only a $50 difference but im pretty sure they have ripped other people off for more than that. I would not reccomend this company even if your stuff was sitting on the street and they offered to move it for $20 cause they would probably turn that into a larger amout as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AND DESERVE COMMON COURTESY AND RESPECT. I do want to thank the two individuals who moved my stuff and yes they were tipped appropriately. I will be leaving a review on every site possible to help warn hard working individuals about this company!

To say I was disappointed is not even close to how I felt after they spent 7 hours & couldnt even get all of our things in their truck! We had 2 beds, 2 dressers, 3 night tables, 3 chairs, 2 ottomans 3 occasional tables & about 30 boxes! 1 chair, 1 table/chest, plus numerous other little things never made it on the truck! The truck was a LARGE MOVING TRUCK! Unfortunately the sent a kid. Yes I said kid that couldn't have been more than 16 if that who had no idea how to move anything. The other YOUNG man tried to help him, but we WERE NOT paying for OJT! Unfortunately, that's what we got!! And to top it off we paid top dollar$$)

DO NOT use Mr. Mover. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason. I would give a zero rating if that were an option. Mr. Mover broke my grandfather clock when they moved it with the pendulum and weights inside. Even though I asked them to remove the items, I was dismissed and ignored. They settled for .60/pound which did not even cover the cost of getting an estimate for the repair. They damaged other furniture by not wrapping them at all. They ran out of room in their truck even though I told them beforehand it was a 2 bedroom home. I still had to rent a Uhaul to finish the job. They overcharged my credit card and refused to reimburse me. Then when I got a charge back on my credit card for the overage they sued me in court for the difference. I ended up having to pay almost $1,000 for their court and attorneys fees because his questionable attorney said he spent four billable hours on the "case" for $110.00. Please read the horrible reviews and trust the BBB rating. DO NOT trust Mr. Mover with your belongings or with your credit card number.

I contracted this company twice. The first time, they were excellent. The second time, I've got assigned mover that were unprofessional, disrespectful, broke some of my things and were very rude. The driver was more polite, but ended up being unprofessional like to other guy. The helper was rude, foul mouth person, ignoring my needs and questions to the point that they never contacted me to inform of issues fitting my belongings on the truck or explaining they delays. The helper was criticizing other clients and the company. They just delivered my things and put them on the fist floor, instead of taking to the second floor the ones that should go there. They were complaining that the truck was not big enough for my belonging, despite explaining that I have things is storage and in a one-bedroom apartment. They seemed dragging their feet to burn time in order to charge more. The mess they created was solved in one hour by another moving company that came to my rescue the day after the initial move. The dispatch was not much better. I dont recommend to contract this company as they are not upholding their own core values.

OMG, there are no words! DO NOT under any circumstances use these people. They were four hours late, they used no pads or blankets, things were broken, they were lazy and rude, and after all that, they charged us a $300 stop fee. The next day, they did the same thing. They wouldn't answer their phones and we waited at our destination until 9:30 p.m. for them to show up. There's SO much more but I don't want to waste my time on them!

Regarding employment. I was very pleased and happy that the company gave my son a chance of employment as he has high functiong autism. He worked for them for 2 days. Never got a call that they no longer needed him, they have not returned numerous calls my son, husband, case worker and I have made. I have been by different times and noone is there. My son worked for them in Oct 2018 and to this day has NEVER been paid for the 2 days hw worked. This company was not what I thought they were. Shame on them for doing this to someone with a disability also.
