“I prefer to self service my account online, but love that there is a local branch nearby to stop in for person assistance. It usually is best to schedule appoint. My parents are also long time client of the bank, whom prefer to come into local branch for all their banking needs. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. They do recognize their frequent client. I have bank with PNC and Wells Fargo, but my in-person experience is always better with Bank of America.”
