My Rep/Tech was super. I just don't understand how Metro calls it an upgrade when you pay retail price, and pay to switch over. Service was super ,policy corporate $ not so much

Matt helped me solve an issue I had been having for over a month. So when it came time to buy my new Google pixel 6a of course I went back to him. I absolutely love my new phone btw. Thanks Matt!!

Won't go back to this store. The guy that worked there had me pay for a item that my boyfriend already paid for. Then when it was time for me to leave he didn't give me my receipt. I didn't noticed till I got home. Went back for it and noticed he charged me for more than what I actually got. He seemed very distracted.

Ever since Steve left this store has gone down hill. Last night I had the worst experience of my life and was on the phone with customer service the whole time and they heard the whole conversation. The man was rude, condescending, and downright obnoxious. Yelled at me. Told me to take my business somewhere else when I been a customer since 2013. Just might do just that

Young lady was late coming to work. When she pulled up next to me, I asked her if she was an employee and she begrudgingly answered with an attitude that she was. I decided to go down the street to take my business. It was on a Sunday.

This has been without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had.... these guys went above and beyond to make sure that I not only got the phone that I needed but most importantly, the phone that I wanted. The new management is great Matthew and Vicky we're great no pressure. They even hooked me up with a tablet for free today to pay for was the my first month... forget the other places this is where I'm coming from now on

Walked in to get a phone.Was greeted nicely by Victoria. She was friendly and helpful. A lady walks in wanting a refund for her phone. The rep nicely explained to this lady that they do not do refunds on phone upgrades. The customer then proceeds to want to argue but the rep handled it very Professional. Idk if I would have been so nice to someone so rude. Kudos to you
