Pay attention! It looks like if you don't pay attention to all your charges they will screw you! Sammy(the store manager), sold me a phone, a plan and the activation fee. All supposed to be free or a very low cost, Sammy did all the changes to be the most charges.1)The phone charged was 50 dollars when it was free of charge.2)The plan cost 65 dollars when I could of had a 25 dollar plan.3) Activation fee 35 when it was also a free service.Called costume service and got all my charges adjusted correctly!Customer service told me that's not how they want their customers treated and filled a complaint against him and his store.He does not help people, he only helps himself!

Horrible place. Store manager Sammy "allegedly" scammed me out of several charges. Called customer service and they filled a complaint against the store. Hopefully the store manager gets severe repercussions for how he treats customers. I got OVER charged almost $100 in unnecessary fees. Once customer service fixed these issues for me I called the store to tell him about his misconduct. He stood behind the charges and said that's how he does business. Good luck Sammy boy ?

This is my favorite Metro store and even though I have a metro store right by my house on Us 19 I drive to this one because they are so wonderful at this particular store especially Sammy he's always helpful he's been such an amazing help he goes above and beyond and I really appreciate that and so knowledgeable

I had a good experience with this particular store. Trust me not all Metro stores have the same kind of customer service. Here they are very helpful and polite, not trying to get you to buy what you don't want, likewise they help you with what you do want. Thank you everyone!! Appreciate Ya!

[Visit date May 16, 2023 5pm] The associate named Sammy was outright short tempered, unable to run my port over from Verizon by himself (his female coworker whom I didn't catch the name of was a fast and respectful help), lacked concentration because being on his personal phone while working with my fiancee and I was more important to him, and was unwilling to listen to either of us when we caught him red headed forcing us to accept and pay for a plan that we didn't need nor want plus put the phone insurance on both of our phones without even asking us first. I had to spend my afternoon today on the phone with customer service getting a total of $60 in refunds and $20 in credits which takes 1-5 business days to get back! It's absolutely ridiculous. He also kept snatching my phone out of my hand when he was doing the ACP credit application to my account and that's about all he freaking did correctly without aggravating the situation more. I will NEVER go deal with him again.

*SCAMMERS*My husband told them he didn't want a case or protector for our new phone. EBONY said "it was free". They proceeded to charge him $60 combined for them. She implied the phone cost $60 when the phone was free she was charging for the accessories. He realized after the sale when he looked at the receipt. He took the case and screen protector back to the store and the metro guy said that we couldn't get the free phone deal without buying a case and screen protector. We decided to return everything including the new phone. I had a similar experience at this same location a few months ago when the guy tried to tell me the case and protector were free but they weren't, he was just using my promotion for the case with out my permission or knowledge instead of me actually saving money. Go to Countryside Mall location. These people are scammers. UPDATE woke up to phone disconnected. When we returned the phones, last night EBONY left an incorrect balance due so our phones disconnected. Called corporate Metro and explained everything. They corrected our account and filed a formal complaint. They are initiating an investigation due to multiple reports of scams as well as poor business practices and customer complaints at this franchise. Metro Corporate urged is to do our business directly with them on their website.

Their is a young man by the name skyy that was so helpfull to me and my sister had to call a bunch of corporate people to get a phone switched to a new phone but it was not compatible for metro so we got a new one he was so help full and on top of that he was helping a man that got locked out of his phone and a lady that got hacked!............O.m.g THIS YOUNG MAN NEEDS A RAISE OR A MANGER POSITION SO HE CAN HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM. THANKS AGAIN SKYY.

This is not a great store for follow up after the sale. If you do get caught using this location, please ask what you will be charged for before you agree to any deal. They are not a pleasant place to get caring customer service. They have decent product and the corporate customer service cut me a better deal on my monthly charge to make it worth my while keeping the phone for a few months. I will be shopping other service provider because this experience though. They actually laughed at me when I told them the first lady on the phone told me I could bring the phone back. In the end I regret not spending 100.00 at T Mobile for the Google pixal and better customer care

The manager name Sammy was a great help today. He addressed my problem and was very persistent and at the end he decided he needed to get me a new phone. I can't say enough good stuff about this place and the manager
