This is the best metro store. They have excellent customer service and superior phone skills. I will drive past 3 other Metro stores to get to this one. These guys are awesome.!!!

Ripped off .... Stay away!!!!
The owner charged me $128 activation fee for my first phone.The second phone the was $100. A total of $228 activation fee and said he was doing me a favor by charging me $100 for the second phone.
I had called the 1-888-8-METRO-8 number after talking to the representative I found out that I was ripped off. The activation fees were supposed to be free because I was transferring my service.
I called back the same store and I talked to the owner or manager. He told me I didn't know what I was talking about and he was doing me a favor.
He continued cursing and degrading me and my knowledge of Metro by T-Mobile's policies while on the phone in such a vulgar way it got me so disgusted and upset that I wasn't going to confront him again.
The Metro T-Mobile agent wanted me to go back to the store so she could have him charge back my card. She couldn't do it since they are individually owned.
I told the bank what had happened they are investigating the situation and I intend to get my money back.
The mistreating me with vulgarity and curse words that I will never speak or mention on this post but they were horrible.
I wasted a whole day of my time trying to make my life a little better for me being on social security. Older people should not be treated this way or disrespected.
Nobody ever should be treated this way by a business person!!!!
This business owner should have their doors shut. I just read all the feedback and I am not the only one going through this.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner was real nice when I walked in with problems. My Iphone 12 was acting up, people could hear me but I could not hear them. Sold me a new I phone for 576.00 but it would not have my number for 3 days. The nokia they lent me was even worse but he could not seem to understand that when he called he could hear me fine but I could not hear him. Being a real estate broker I need my phone. Went back 4 times in a matter of 24hrs. Finally he said he had had enough!!!! Fine drove back with all the phones and he would only refund me 438.00 out of 576.00 but if I continued to stay with metro he would refund more. I literally had this phone from 10:10am 1/23/2024 to 4:15pm 1/24/24 and could only text as it did not have my business number attached.Called metro to try and get a transfer pin to go somewhere else and all of my personal info was changed!!! I couldn't get a transfer pin as all personal info they had on me was not me!!!!! I finally went to another metro store and luckily when I mentioned the store I went to and showed receipts she changed everything back to me and stated some things about that store that makes me boil as to why these scam artists have not been shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be going further up the chain to get my money back on a phone I couldn't use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people who work at this store are a bunch of rip offs. I went to pay my bill and they were forcing me to get a new phone and get a new number.I told them that i only wanted to pay my bill, they insisted on me getting a new phone. I refused and told them that they were a bunch of thieves . They kept forcing me to do what i didn't want to do. So i walked out. I hope the law shuts then down.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!! I went in on 12/17/23 to purchase an I-phone 12 for my daughter for Christmas. She already has service with Metro so I just needed to purchase a phone and have her line transferred. Daniel insisted that the "promotion" they had would be a better deal but I would need to establish a new line. Thinking I was getting a deal, I went with it. I paid $610 and I found out later that if you have an existing line, the same phone is $199. I asked Daniel for an itemized receipt several times, he never provided it. No printer he said. I got the small credit card receipt showing the transaction only. I went in to the store to request a refund (Metro's return policy is a full refund within 14 days on new devices; no calls or texts were made) from the manager, he refused to give his name. First thing he said, without even looking at the receipt, was "you are way pass your time for a refund." He then came up with 3 other excuses why I couldn't get a refund before offering me $250. (mind you, the 14 days do not end until 12/31) The reason he offered $250 is because that is the original amount of the phone.and he STOLE the rest for himself. I've contacted BBB, Pinellas County Consumer Protection, Pinellas County Sheriff; T-Mobile legal office (parent company) Metro Corporate office, Florida Attorney General, and I am still writing to every consumer protection agency and news outlet I can for them to look into the deceptive, fraudulent, and predatory practices of this business. Customers should not be treated this way. We work hard for our money and if not 100% satisfied with a product, we have the right to seek reimbursement and not be ripped off by a business' shady practices.

I went to Metro on US 19 Antonio help me out with the phone he did an awesome job very polite I recommend if you go there ask for Antonio he was awesome

Guys over there are trash I purchased a case they did not have I came back and they did not want to give me my case that I purchased and proceed to call me ghetto because I got upset , I recommend not coming here trust me it's not worth it they are scammers
