Yelled at me for the time I was there. Knowledgeable on phone processes. Told on phone I had free phone and my new phone would not work. Only to find out none of that is true at the store.

I've been going to this Metro location for the past 4 yrs now & in that time I always leave happy.Alex is always the only one that's there but he's always fast & efficient & makes sure I get what I want & or need & fully understand how it works & doesn't rush me & for that I am truly grateful.

Excellent service from Sheila. Had called her about purchasing a new phone the day before, she gave me info and price on a phone. Came in next day, exactly as she had said, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied!

Went to there store twice for a cellphone case, both times neither associate working knew what cellphone case went on my phone so there was two trips there & on top of that THEY WOULDN’T REFUND MY MONEY WITHA ORIGINAL RECEIPT AFTER ALREADY GETTING WHAT I NEEDED FROM ANOTHER STORE. Garbage Store

Best Metro PCS store in town. Been with Metro for more than 10 years, dealt with many stores in that time. This one had the most professional staff, extremely knowledgeable, fast but took the time to answer all my questions. Walked out with a great upgraded phone! Very happy with my experience and purchase. This is my new Metro Store!
