So I came in today to get a new phone and was expecting to see my buddy from years ago... Was greeted by a new gentleman by the name Edwin the new manager and I loved him more then my old buddy . He was marvelous,very patient and helped me transfer all my stuff. He put me in the phone I wanted and didn't pressure me to buy or get anything I was comfortable with. Will continue to forever give my business here!

For once when visiting this location they were not busy on the phone instead of taking care of customers. The clerk was friendly and answered my questions.

You must be careful, they will go ahead and activate a phone for you that is not going to be better than the last one you had.. then you're stuck with this product that you don't really like or want

Kaiser is a fantastic guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his product line, and is always willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution. There are many metro pcs and T-Mobile stores, but I never take my business anywhere but here. Most recently my girlfriend and I both upgraded our phones to the top of the line model, and Kaiser was able to find us a great deal that saved me around 700 dollars had I just bought the phones outright online. I was also pleasantly surprised that despite having not been in the store for well over a year, maybe even 2 years, Kaiser remembered us! He asked a follow up question from a conversation we had 2 years ago! Really goes a long way to be treated like a valued customer, and that's why this location and specifically the owner, Kaiser, is my go to phone guy. Thanks again.

The staff at this store are great. Customers are welcomed with a sincere greeting, free to ask questions & receive clear understanding about any device. Customer satisfaction is the primary focus in this store & it shows in the atmosphere here. Your time in store is not a transaction, the staff has created an experience.

I’ve been with metro for a long time, My experience with Kiasers store has been great he know his stuff when it comes to cellular. Willing to spend the time to help his customers always not only make a purchase on the rite phone for them he is thorough enough to make sure you get what you need. Great store with awesome customer service.

Horrible customer service. Went in to ask questions on why my phone is acting the way it does. The manager rips my phone out of my hands and starts looking through my phone without me even getting my first question completely out. Then he trys to sell me another phone. I tell him I don't wanna spend any money today. He says he's going to help me with my phone. And starts messing with his computer and ask a few questions. Then goes in the back and brings out a new phone says imma pay so much money today. I'm at this point just stunned. After telling him I didn't want to spend any money and didn't come in for a new phone he stills trys to sell me this new phone. Horrible customer service as I said. Won't go back to this store. He didn't even answer any of my questions I had.

Personal were very rude and just standing around when 4 people were in line. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me. I went in to but a new phone and left with my old Samsung. I will which to Verizon, at least ar least they will treat u as a person. Look how much money is costing u in employee salaries while they are standing/sitting doing nothing while people wait for their services
