My car was messed up that I bought from them. They took care of it. They fixed it with no problems. They are very good and excellent people. To get a car from they back up what they say. They are very good. I'd recommend them to anybody they took very good care of me

I have never had such an easy car buying experience. After a deer totaled our car, we started searching for one that we could pay cash for. After many dealerships, games, and long waits- o was over the process. I happened to look for the car I wanted on Facebook with knowing exactly what I wanted. I found it through Meticulous Motors. After messaging back and forth, Nick was so helpful answering all my questions, no games on prices and fees, and literally had one phone call with him and we did a lot through messaging which is perfect since my two year old distracts from calls. When I mentioned living over 4 hours away, he let me know they do have an option to ship. I purchased on Monday, Nick texted me a picture of the car being loaded Tuesday with a Friday delivery date, and she was here late Tuesday! I loved working with them and will use them in the future. It's scary buying a used car sight unseen, but Nick was open and honest with any little scratches she had so I had no surprises when she showed up. And my mechanic husband was also impressed with the work and new parts they replaced. They truly lived up to their name. Thank you! - Your newest Georgia customer

Nick, Angela & the fear of the staff are some of the most fair priced, down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful mechanics my family & I have ever done business with.They do a phenomenal job at explaining exactly what’s going on with your automobile, and if it’s out of their scope, they will refer out. If your looking for close to 30% interests rates and a dealership that puts the worst possible cars up ( No AC, 7 year old tires and timing belt was due for repair with so many other problems) then you found em. Everyone there is spineless looking to take advantage of people with low credit. Please go else where these ppl are crooks

I bought a vehicle from them 3 years ago that had a very poorly done paintjob not long before I bought it that started peeling within 6 months and hasn't stopped since then, making me feel I got scammed, especially with the bondo filled rust spots that weren't disclosed (actually lied about) and obviously became a problem. At least the car has been mechanically very good, but still. It was clearly worth less than I paid. Be cautious and thoroughly inspect everything and assume the worse. I sadly made errant assumptions to some of the telltale signs because it drove well.

Just bought a civic coupe from these guys and love it. Nick was a ton of fun to talk to and offered me tons of his knowledge about vehicles, even how to best understand how to sell my Tacoma with what it may need to be in top shape. Everyone is super friendly and you can tel how meticulous these guys are with their cars. I also really appreciate the transparency here. You can feel the integrity and honesty these guys have about getting you into the right car not just selling you for a bottom line. Thank you!

To say that I have had a rough couple of weeks is to say the least. Loss of a loved one, general life chaos and then an accident.Unexpectedly I had to purchase a vehicle.The entire staff was efficient, educated and genuinely friendly. I went in, bought a car and left the same day with no issues and am still on the road with full confidence and no troubles a week in to signing.I'm hard pressed to explain to you how exactly they went above and beyond with their treatment of me and my purchase without having known my few weeks or how extremely grateful I was because of how easy they made the transition. I'd brag in full detail but does lightning really strike twice? I suppose if it did, it would be at Meticulous Motors.I would recommend , 100% and was referred by word of mouth based on their "Good, reasonable" business ethics. They delivered.

The price is more than fair, the work is perfect, they will take the time to explain what you really do and dont need done. I will not go to any other place, and I have referred to all of my friends and family! ps. I would feel comfortable buying anything on their lot, after seeing the quality of the work they have done on my Toyota Sequoia, and Jeep JKU Rubicon!
