Suzanne gave me excellent service and made it super easy for me to be comfortable with my trade in and walk out with a new car. I had all the info I needed and the process was smooth. Great pricing, great service, just a wonderful experience all around. Was able to negotiate a trade in over the phone and everything went smoothly when I came in to buy my new Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Would also note that their dealer fees are far more reasonable than most other dealers. If you're interested in an Alfa Romeo or Maserati, and you should be, I highly recommend Maserati of St. Petersburg.

I was greeted by Paul Crudup (Sales Associate) upon arrival. I explained what I was interested in and the features I refused to not have, etc. I also custom configured a model online as well. I knew what I wanted to put things simply.I started the sales process and was open and upfront with my situation and expectations. I came back I believe 2 days later to work out a final deal after going over different options via email.I've mainly lived off a trust fund without much of a job history. This was explained to them upfront. My credit was 730+ but again no current job or job history.I came in with a truecar price that was around $88,000 where the MSRP was about $94,000. I was looking at the Maserati Grecale Modena Blu Nobile PrimaSerie model.Paul matched the Truecar price without any fuss at all. They also gave me a very good trade-in offer and I've priced this around before hand as well.Next came financing which was going to be the difficult part due to my situation. I did have some income but mostly future upcoming distributions plus my own current assets.I also felt it was a good idea to have an auto loan on my credit report as well. Long story short I was approved for the remaining $47,000 on a 75 month loan. The lender insisted on the 75 months to bring the monthly payment below a specific threshhold.The interest rate is indeed high (I'm sure due to first auto loan, risk of loan due to situation and current inflation) but considering the situation I'm in I'm shocked that I was even approved to begin with.I had the trade-in and I put another $25,000 down to get the loan. I wire transferred the first 10k right away but had to wait 2 days to get the rest as I had to sell stocks first. They said to get a cashier's check for the rest to avoid further delays. Chase Private Client doesn't charge any fees for checks which was nice.Paul Gomez handled everything on the financing side and he was great and always kept me up to date and assured me that everything was going fine. He tried to get approval from corporate to let me take possession before the rest of the down payment was made (2 day wait for stock sell to settle) but that didn't happen. I wasn't surprised due to the liability on the dealer.I was also helped by Fred Faura as well on a few things here or there.I just want anybody reading this to know that if your situation is unusual that this dealership takes the time to understand you and come up with a possible solution and they think outside the box and will work around hurdles.I also interacted with Suzanne Cullen to get copies of paperwork for me to pickup and review as well.I'm just very impressed with the overall experience and how well I was treated. I'm loving my new Maserati and I hope others can benefit from reading a review that is very different from the norm.

My wife needed a second car. This dealership although four hours away had exactly what we wanted. They gave my wife the greatest service, great pricing and the quality and amazing service. This post-pandemic, is almost impossible to match. We already introduced them to a friend for a Maserati. It was worth a four hour drive.

This is the best dealership experience I ever had. The manager Monty Wilson and loan officer Suzanne Cullen provided me with the best customer service experience and loan application process. Suzanne specifically went out of her way to assist me and was very knowledgeable, personable and genuine. She showed a professional level of expertise and was very thorough and patient in educating me with all the car features. The dealership has an inventory of new and used vehicles of high caliber and superb quality. From start to finish they ensured my experience was nothing short of spectacular. They prioritized my needs and wants and were thoughtful in ensuring those were met. I will buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great experience. Our daughter found her "dream car" online and it was located at Maserati of St. Petersburg. She called and spoke with Suzanne and was excited about buying the car. Because she was headed out of town for a week, my husband I and drove over to see the .2019 Land Rover Discovery Sport . Once we arrived, we were instantly greeted by Aaron Dwyer. Aaron showed us the car and waited patiently until our daughter's plane landed before we made a decision. While we waited he recommend a nice place for us to have brunch.Once we returned to the dealership and decided to move forward with the purchase, we noticed some small items that needed to be repaired. Aaron spoke with Jaguar/Land Rover and scheduled the repairs. Once the repairs were made, Aaron personally delivered the car to my mom's house, over an hour away.Our daughter is extremely pleased with her car. My husband and I are extremely please with the service we received. I really didn't want to do this because I think the mazariti is a good car. But they sold me one as if it had adaptive cruise control but it does not. When I complained I got a run around. And a net loss of ten grand if I wanted cruise control
