Don’t buy homes here!Lock your doors and windows read why….Not a resident, this why we speak truth…We learn fees go up, homeless people use pool area at night, this why pool has lock key fob. Tall steel fence. Also, rear homes next to woods has a railroad (look on Google maps zoom in)and noisy trains pass through daily, and homeless people live in woods tents while they use washrooms and laundry room on east side of park. It’s dirty, smell and sometimes you see homeless people walk through park out to rt.66 where their is high traffic road and bad drug areas, and strip clubs and low run down bars. This all grounds for unsafe environment for loved ones . This all facts and we told park manager will not returning as park doesn’t meet our company standards.Buyers beware please Look at other moblie home parks, Palm Hill, Ranchero Village, Paradise Island are nice and nicer area if ask me and they offer nicer pools, game rooms, larger clubhouses, and golf course plus activities too. Don’t be fooled this park Clearwater Cascaide homeless woods seems not be a true 55+ community.Hope they clean up there park. ShameThey are on our “NO” service list. We fine it hard work around these conditions as we can’t watch our trailers during installation time. Park small too. We stop trying make money here, that said a lot…truth !

I have only lived at Clearwater Cascades for 2 1/2 months. So far so good. The grounds are nice and well-kept. I work so I don’t really have an opportunity to get involved with activities, but maybe in the future when I retire .

Newly became a "snowbird" resident a month ago. Nice park with appropriate amenities & activities to promote a fun & healthy lifestyle. Owner owned, premises & amenities well maintained that we've seen so far. Nice, lengthy drive into the usually quiet park entrance. Have not had an opportunity yet to participate in many activities as yet but look forward to in the future.

I would like to leave my experience of working with Clearwater Cascade for all to see. My company had done some work in Clearwater Cascade and upon completion, naturally you receive payment. When my husband went into the front office he spoke to Bobbie the front desk woman about payment. Bobbie explained they don't pay contractors Resource Property Management does. My husband then explained he was never told that prior to the job. Bobbie then stated "we do things the legal way here" implying my company is illegal. My company is a 50+ year old company and my husband is the 3rd generation to take over. Bobbie was very unprofessional, dismissive and disrespectful. The sad part about this whole situation was her supervisor was sitting next to her the whole time and did not one thing to de-escalate the situation between her employee and my husband. When I called a week later to ask if Bobbie had turned in the invoice I was hung up on. Bobbie held my invoice and did not send it to Resource Property management as protocol that she received on 7/23 until 7/30. Bobbie intentionally held my invoice and did not turn it in. To my knowledge Bobbie has not been reprimanded or disciplined of any kind. As a business owner if I intentionally held someone's pay I could face a lot of trouble, but not Bobbie. Resource Property Management informed me Clearwater Cascade is to inform all contractors of the payment process and they did not with my company. To all my fellow contractors who have to work here and deal with Bobbie and her unprofessionalism I am so sorry. Bobbie is playing with a little over $3,000 of my money for a job that was done a week ago. If she spoke to my husband that way I wonder how she speaks to the 55+ community residents......

Clearwater Cascade MHP is a beautiful community set in Pinellas Park, FL. It is an age 55+ Resident Owned co-op community where the residents are shareholders. We have a nine person Board of Directors, voted upon by the residents. This friendly community boasts two heated swimming pools, clubhouse, and many activities like shuffleboard, bocce, darts, bingo, golf, card playing and many social events and activities. BTW Google, this photo is the street sign at the entrance to our community. Could you PLEASE REPLACE the Dry Cleaners/Laundry pic with this picture! Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Looked at places here. Definitely a nice place and good facilities. Unfortunately the cheaper places are a little outdated and the nice places are too expensive. However, it definitely seemed great and I would not mind living here if it worked out.

Lived here for 20 years, best mobile home park! Friendly neighbors always willing to help. Social Club plans many events for us to enjoy. If you're retiring soon, this is the place for you! ?
