Went in to get some pieces of plexiglass for our fish tank lids, as the glass company wanted over 200. So we went in a few days ago and got sum cut to fit and got home.put in worked great except the plexi glass was to thin ( my fault) and they bowed so we got sum rubber hinges for the lids and now I had another issue they needed to be cut again lol. So I went back to lowes and saw a different hardware guy named Rob B, and he was very understanding of my situation and gladly cut them agn free of charge, all the while.talking fish tank shop lol

First time at Lowes. I have spent thousands of dollars at the Big Orange competitor over the years. I have had troubles with Big Orange with starting with customer service, management and Corporate. I just did not like going there because I was tired of spending my money to have a bad time. Products that didn't work and couldn't get returned. I have a garage full of crap that doesn't work and I will be paying for monthly. I am very happy that I tried Lowe's. I can't believe the difference. I was greeted immediatly and directed to product. I have returned a product that was a wrong color choice with no hassle. I am looking forward to next visit. 5 ⭐. JimmyJohnson (not the race car driver).

Bought a screen door and scheduled delivery. Delivery was for the next day and was delivered to the wrong address. I found the door that was delivered to my neighbor #219, my address #203? I called to request a refund for delivery charge of $69 and was told no because it was a third party. Will never buy from Lowes again.

I wish you could give negative stars. The Lowe's in pinellas park is hands down the worst I have ever been to. They screwed up my remodle so many times that our credit cards where turned off due to fraudulent activity because the person placing the order was an idiot. Now I understand why this store almost always is empty. Lowe's will never get another dime from me.

Purchased a refrigerator ( scratch and dent) from Lowe’s Pinellas Park. It did not work. When I went back to the store the next day they told me I only had 24 hours to return it which I was not told at the time of purchase. They set up a pick up and told me once it was picked up I could come to the store for a refund. I went to the store after pick up and they would not refund my money. They told me then to come back later after the truck bought it back to the store. I went back at 7pm and they told me the truck would not be bringing it back until the next morning I could get a refund then and they would email me a receipt showing they processed the refund and call me the next morning to let me know it was done. I never got a call or a text so I went back the store that evening and was told it he truck would not be back until Monday evening and they could not give me a refund until then. While asking to speak to a manager the girl at the counter repeated over and over there is nothing we can do talking over me again and again. I called the 800 number only to be told there wasn’t anything they could do other then email the store and tell them to call me. So these people do what ever they want but can’t refund me until their 3rd party company returns the refrigerator to them. They took possession when their 3rd party company picked up the appliance but I can’t have my money back until the store gets it. Mean while I have no refrigerator and no money to get another one. And why are they selling appliances off their floor if they have not been tested and confirmed working? I can’t even say the customer service is poor it is non existent. No concern for their customers at all.
