Their installer, Thomas, made certain that everything was perfect for us and ready for the plumber. Should we invest in further upgrades, we will return here to The Warehouse.”

We deal a lot with MOTILI and very often our orders get lost or are available at different locations, and he is the only one that manages to tack them down, arrange transfers, find lost returns and receipts, communicate with Motili—you name it. If we have any issue that needs to be addressed, no matter which Ferguson branch it is, we call Steve J. No one else has been able to assist us when it comes to Motili, so he needs to train others on how to process their orders as efficiently as he is. We love Ferguson just because we know that Steve J. will take care of anything we need, and for that, thank you, Steve.”

“My wife and I were in the area and decided to check out this place since we’re remodeling our kitchen. It was close to closing time so we didn’t expect anyone to go out of their way to help us. However, Beth approached us and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provided us a lot of helpful information. She showed us countertop samples and provided us a very fair estimate. We never felt rushed despite it being well past closing time at that point and she didn’t try to pressure us into anything, just seemed genuinely nice! Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend going by to take a look”
