We went in to make some changes to our policy and add renters insurance and the staff was great. Made us feel comfortable, shared some laughs and offered us refreshments. Very nice place and again the staff was great. Mat was one of the staff members to help and he did a great job getting us quotes right away for renters insurance. Definitely a great team

I have recently reached out to my local State Farm office (Joanne Dauphin - Pinellas Park office) a couple of times to modify my coverage and add my new vehicle. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt on one occasion and Parker on another. I have to say they are both very professional, informative, and pleasant people to deal with. They did not rush me during our calls and made sure that I felt comfortable and had all of the information that I needed before the call was ended. I have nothing but great things to say about both of them and actually the office as a whole.

WeI recently moved from Delaware to Florida. We were looking for auto insurance, and the State Farm agent in Pinellas Park was recommended. Mat Cournoyer reached out to us. We received a great rate, lots of advice on Florida insurance, and rapid response to converting us. Mat was extremely professional and even friendlier. He is highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about how much I love Joanne Dauphin State Farm’s company and all of their excellent employees. Parker spent an hour on the phone with me to evaluate our car insurance policy to see if we needed to add or remove coverage we didn’t need. He initiated the phone appointment because he wanted to be sure we had good coverage and that we understood the policy we have. His excellent customer service helped us to make adjustments, so we can save money on our car insurance with State Farm. This level of service for our car and homeowners insurance is not something we have experienced with other insurance providers.
