Deborah Dominique is a horrible representative she not only tried to tell me I had no eic but she told me I owed taxes on a job I was paid 12.50 an hr and on top of that I had to figure out her mistake but now the IRS says my refund was never filed

My 1st visit H&R Block and l couldn't be more impressed. Got me in on short notice and the price was right. At this location, Kathryn Koons took care of me, and she was just awesome. The world needs more people like her and she single handedly earned H&R Block a customer for... the years the continue to work.

Love H&R ..especially Anne our tax professional but we feel H&R block should guarantee their work so we don't have to buy a peace of mind contract..charge for it is ridiculous
