I am a neighbor and have an auto shop . The owner of this shop deliberately crashed into my car creating $5,000.00 worth of damage. He claimed he would take care of it. This happened 01/28/2022. He hit my car with one of his customers car. Gave me insurance information from the car owner. Insurance was canceled. It is now 03/18/2023. The owner of GTO has not taken care of the damages he caused by his negligence! I have option but to sue to recover my out of pocket expenses. I would never trust this type of individual.

this guy put a junkyard part in my car but claimed it was from a retail until after i had proof from the junkyard. cost me money to have another repair shop fix his mistake. this is after he disappeared with my car for 3 days after i was told it would be a same day fix. didnt answer his phone and couldnt be found at shop...do not pay this man up front if you are ballsy enough to use him

these guys do know their mechanics and are not out to gouge you for unnecessary repairs. I recommend them all the time to anyone looking for a reliable and honest (which is a rare things these days)!!! Spanish speaking yet honest...don't be misguided!

AAA dropped me off here and the guys did not seem so friendly at first but they were great! They were honest ( which is odd for auto people) and let me know that I had a problem which would be alright for the moment but that needed attention soon. They speak Spanish and yet their English was perfectly understandable. I would go back to GTO in a heartbeat if I was near here. they may look informal but they know what they are talking about ( as I later had confirmed). So, if you must, go to GTO!
