I called this pharmacy with a single question, and my initial, brief, interaction with Samantha over the phone led to me switching over to this pharmacy completely. You don't realize how much of a difference it makes to have a pleasant interaction with pharmacy staff until you actually experience it. Picking up my meds each month from places like Walgreens, filled me with so much dread and anxiety just from having to deal with them. There was always a ridiculously long wait. There was always a problem, and they were aways rude about it. They do not act professionally. They are not respectful of your illnesses or privacy, and they couldn't go a single month without messing something up, even though I had been picking up the same scripts, at the same location, at the same time each month - for YEARS. The contrast between those experiences and the ease and calmness I now feel going to Vistacare is remarkable. Unfortunately, illness can leave you with no choice but to receive medication as part of your treatment plan, but the conditions themselves carry their own levels of stress, anxiety, fear, etc. l can not emphasize enough what a difference it has made to no longer have the extra stress and anxiety - every month - just from having to pick up medications. It is such a relief and so refreshing to be able to interact with a staff that is welcoming, professional, respectful, and friendly, who truly go out of their way to help you, and do all that they can to make sure your transactions go as quickly and smoothly as possible. In my opinion, they set a standard that all pharmacies should aspire to.

Every time I come in I’m greeted with warm smiles and I never have an issue with this pharmacy. CVS and Walgreens are second class in comparison. THANK YOU VISTACARE 2!!

The women that work in this pharmacy are very professional and nice. They will take the time to answer all questions and go over the prescriptions with you. This is a small pharmacy without a long wait time and they dont ask a bunch of questions like at Walmart pharmacy. The women are knowledgeable and know their jobs. Very helpful and answer your questions and explain about the medication they give you. Ive been going there for 8 yrs. now and its worth the 35 minute drive to me. They also deliver.+++++++AAAAAAAA+++++++

Great customer service. They are happy to spend time answering any questions or concerns you might have regarding your medication. Its nice to be greeted by name when I enter their pharmacy. They are willing to fill while waiting, have them ready when you wish to pick them up or they can have them delivered. Its one of the best pharmacies I've used in the county in years.
