very trusted, best adviser if needed help with damaged hair and more. I can't complain when I first visited Hair Brazil, i had brittle and dry hair I have now longer and stronger hair im.very happy and satisfied is a friendly and professional environment. Thank you Shirley amd all the ladies there for your hard work to help us look beautiful ?♀️ ??♀️??♀️??♀️elegant and happy. God bless you always. ?

I really enjoyed my first experience with this salon when I started coming here several years ago. The color and everything I had asked for was on point. However, my last experience at this salon has left my hair dry, severely damaged, and over processed. Not what I expected considering I spent upwards of $270.00 at this place and I have always been a very generous tipper. I was left with patches of blonde streaks (and harsh demarcation lines in my hair) that were not even remotely close to the color I wanted. I am a brunette (highlights and low lights). My color did not look natural and sun-kissed) at all. She then told me that the ends are going to be “dry and that I will need a trim after the color process” (more money). This indicates she was using a very high volume developer on my hair and burnt it. She charged me $45 for a blunt straight across haircut without any layers, or anything fancy. I felt taken advantage of at this salon! It appears to me as if she rushed through the job to get to her next appointment. Furthermore, she was not with me from start to finish as she has other clients there she was working on (definitely a scheduling issue). Instead, it was her assistant that was applying my toner. I asked how long she’d been doing hair and if she’s licensed to which she did not know how to respond; that’s when Shirley came rushing over. I am now happy to say that I do my own hair at home (highlights and lowlights) and it’s never looked and felt better! Furthermore, I don’t over process and use the smallest volume developer to not damage my hair. If anything, she gave me the courage to do it myself and for that I will be eternally grateful!

Friendly staff, but the wait time is always long. Had an appt for a cut at 1:30pm and didn’t get taken back till 2:20pm. Second time this happens.

my experience was horrible. I made an appointment for 11 am, I was punctual and left at 11:50 am without anyone assisting me, so I thought the service was terrible

My experience at Hair Brazil was great. I got a Brazilian Keratin (Progressiva) and a haircut done and my hair feels amazing, soft and shiny! The place it’s sparkling clean, both hair specialists are very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable and welcomed all throughout my appointment. Shirley is an artist! I sat in her chair; she listened to me and provided a haircut that exceeded my expectations. My hair is more robust, more vital, and even months after the haircut, it still has a definition. She was kind enough to teach me how to style, and she made me feel welcomed.
