Mark was the most helpful person. I had a problem with another salesperson and her straighten it out in a couple of hours. He returns calls and text almost immediately.

Super happy with my experience here shopping for my new cart. There was a great variety of well equipped golf carts but what was even better was customer service I received. Mark helped me choose which options I wanted on the new cart, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Where do I begin. It started off being lied to by one of the salesmen. Another salesman stepped in and convinced me to continue on with them. I put my money down and was told 4 to 6 weeks... Oh wait maybe 6 to 8 weeks. After 4 or 5 weeks I checked in on progress. And really got no answers. We will keep you updated is what I was told. Which was false. I have now waited 8 weeks and am currently having to beg for an answer. This is the worst communication from a company I have ever dealt with. Was told today to calm down and just wait to hear from them. Horrible customer service
