Been with them for Years and they’ve always been helpful. Told my girlfriend about them and Nicole was able to save her a ton of money ( more than half) from her current insurance company. What a great team to have in your corner!

Our agent is Megan Fyler. She is beyond amazing and has done everything in her power to work with us especially in our slowest and roughest part of the year. She is so pleasant and understanding. She does what she says she will when she says she will. She has contacted the provider for us which I like since I really only want to deal with 1 point of contact. She has clarified and re-clarified things for me as many times as I needed to understand or remember whatever the case has been. I am so thankful for her she really is the best! Ms. Megan definitely deserves all the recognition that could be given for excellent customer service and I highly recommend any other tree service in our area to Gator Insurance not only because of their rates but because of the excellent service Megan Fyler has provided us! Will stick with them as long as they will have us as client!!! Thanks SOOO much Megan you are the MVP!

0 stars. Worst experience of my life, bar none!! Agent does NOT even know the difference between a hull and a fore deck!! She even sent 3 attachments of the SAME picture of the fore deck. 0 pictures of the hull which has 0 damage of any kind. All this after no response for almost 3 weeks. Clueless, dazed and confused. I feel sorry for her boss. I was forced to put 1 star so this would post. LOL Now she says it is a walkway. LOL NOT a walkway either. She knows that we are doing a complete restoration of this gorgeous old girl. She drug this on and on for 1 month. I made the BIG mistake of trusting her and her company. I won't make the same mistake again.

Gator Insurance Company are the best. Megan did 180 degree turn around for my Home Owner Insurance . My Home Owner Insurance went from 3,000 to 1,200 . It doesn't get any better than that.
