Horrible experience. Delivery to wrong address and flowers were brown and very sparce. No where near photo I was lead to believe on website. Beware!!! Thanks to Teleflorist they refunded cost.

Valentines day bouquet ordered atleast 1 full day prior to valentines day. If you as a company. Know that you cannot.Deliver what has been requested. You should let the paying customer know imediatley at that time so They can go check around elsewhere Cause we cannot fulfill your request. So valentines day comes around. My present to by boyfriend makes it to him so he says I hope you enjoyed yours. I say I havnt got anything from you. The people tell him oh, they're running behind. It won't be any later than the next day no apologies or anything. But wait did the flowers arrive on the second day of delivery? NO We call on the third daily there's been some kind of mistake. And they won't come until the next day. If I wanted flowers three days after valentine's day. That when he would have bought them. Not to mention.... The bouquet was supposed to be two dozen red and yellow roses.this is what I get a few red and 4 dead orange flowersThat look like the a week and 1/2 old. Oh and to top the experience off I'm expecting premier chocolate it's very obvious they ran out of the premier and ran to the dollar tree to pick up some "premier " chocolate cherries that you can get for the low low price of1 buck ...Totally Unacceptable When you're spend over a $100 on something special for somebody. That is the opposite of what is described if we don't get a refund the charge will be disputed.

I went into Fox Run Florist, I met with Mia, and I explained to her I was looking for flowers or a plant for a memorial service. I picked out a peacefully, which was beautiful. They delivered it in a very timely matter. And everything was perfect.I highly recommend Fox Run Florist for your flower needs.

I have ordered a lot of flowers in my time, but I just want to say how beautiful these are! Fox Run did an absolutely wonderful job with the arrangement, and when I got home from the hospital, it was so wonderful to see these lovely flowers. This photo is a week after delivery.

I was impressed with the fact that the flower arrangement was cold when it was left on my porch. The reason for four stars is because the arrangement was a day late. My friend ordered three bouquets of flowers (online through one of the major National floral companies) to be delivered to people in different areas so from three different local florists. Mine, from Fox run, was the only one that came close to being what it was supposed to be. An arrangement from a different florist was in a box with no vase and no water.

I order flowers for my mom for her birthday that never got delivered for the day after Christmas. I went to the flower shop to see what was up to find out the flower shop was closed. Why would you even allow someone to filled out an order if your shop is closed for that day.

Fox Run provided flowers for my wedding day and when they called me to schedule the pick-up time on my wedding day, I had a mini panic attack because I thought I ordered them to be delivered. There was no back and forth; they simply said what time and where you would like them delivered. I truly appreciated that. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous!
