One of the best maintained and managed properties I have been to. Great amenities, friendly staff, convenient location. Highly recommend to check if you are looking for a 2024 vibe and willing to avoid Downtown crowd, noise and traffic :)

Epic at Gateway is a very well maintained, clean, beautiful property. The staff shows great attention to detail and is readily available when needed, more than happy to assist with exceptional service for their guests.
The property amenities are top notch! LOVE the pool!!!

The Epic at Gateway is amazing! The pool and amenities they offer are the best in the area. All of the office and maintenance staff have been so kind, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this community to anyone, they also offer a rental partnership program for military stationed at MacDill.

nice places. they sent us an email after going through the whole application process telling us we were approved and then took it back. we found them because they are on a list of "military friendly" apartments. but they denied us. now were scrambling to find a place. oh well.
