Rob not only took good care of me when I arrived but handled my car with ease and sooner than expected. I had to leave 5 stars just because he did what he said and in the time expected. Was kind and professional!

My car in in the shop over 6 months. I did not get it back in original condition, there was a very long scratch in the paint, the exhaust pipe was not correctly installed, and the back seat was broken. They had left the car open so long, the damp had made some of leather bubble.
They said bring it back, but they were not concerned that I had to miss more work, and end up in another rental.
So disappointing, and they made $24,000, of my insurance company.
I had a beautiful Alpha Romeo Stelvio.
Very disappointing

My experience at Dimmitt Certified Collision Center was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible team led by Kevin, the General Manager, and Ashley, the Service Advisor. From the outset, Kevin impressed me with his professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to providing the best customer service. He set the stage for a seamless and stress-free experience, which was exactly what I received.
Ashley was an absolute star throughout the entire process. Her day-to-day updates kept me well-informed and reassured that my vehicle was in the best possible hands. Her dedication to excellence was evident in her meticulous attention to detail and her efforts to ensure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the service.
The team at Dimmitt Certified Collision Center went above and beyond in their work, displaying a level of craftsmanship and dedication that is truly rare. It was clear from my interactions with Kevin and Ashley that customer satisfaction is their top priority, and they consistently went the extra mile to exceed expectations.
I cannot recommend Dimmitt Certified Collision Center highly enough. If you're in need of collision repair services, you can trust Kevin, Ashley, and their team to do a phenomenal job. In early April, my daily driver, a 2019 Audi RS5, was rear-ended in traffic. The damage was minor, but I wanted to ensure the car was repaired correctly to a factory or better than factory. The bumper cover was damaged, but the insurance adjuster did not believe the damage went much further, and the repair would be relatively simple- painting the new bumper cover and installing it in place of the damaged one. I traveled from Sarasota to Tampa to Dimmitt on recommendations from dealerships and Google reviews, and unfortunately, this was an instance where I was misled and would have been better off taking the car elsewhere.Throughout repairing the car, my advisor, James, was unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times obstructive. Before the car arrived, I spent over two months exhaustively being the middleman between Dimmitt and my insurance company. I understand parts availability, especially on an RS5, is scarce, and I was willing to wait for the correct OEM replacement body panels, and am not upset with the timeframe required to obtain them. Throughout this process, James and the team at Dimmitt were eager to communicate with me and the experience was not particularly unpleasant. However, everything changed once the car finally made it to the shop last Monday. James was extremely difficult to get ahold of during normal business hours and would text at odd after-hours times with unprofessional, cryptic updates. He initially offered a timeframe of one week- Monday-Friday, possibly extending through the weekend. Friday came, and with no communication beforehand, James reported my car would certainly not be ready. The following Monday then came, and the car still was not ready to be picked up.James continued to be almost entirely unreachable throughout the following days. On Thursday, 11 days after the car was dropped off, James reported the car was ready to be picked up. After inspecting Dimmitt’s repair work, there were over 7 bubbles in the paint, and horrific “orange peel” all over the bumper. I requested the imperfections be corrected before taking delivery of the car and returned the next day. The bubbles were gone, but the bumper definitely still has more “orange peel” than the factory Audi paint on the rest of the car. Exhausted with the now 12 days it had taken to paint and install a bumper cover, I accepted the car with the intention of having the paint corrected at a later date.Amica, my insurance provider, was admittedly a pain for James and Dimmitt to work with, but by Friday they had paid the entire $6000 repair bill in full. Dimmitt, however, had lost their verification of Amica's first payment of $3900 and demanded that I pay them $3900 to release the car to me. After exhaustively providing evidence of Dimmitt receiving the $3900 nearly a month ago, James still refused to release the car to me because it had "not been processed in their system". I waited for over an hour before getting into my car and finding an empty Powerade bottle in my cupholder, further solidifying the Dimmitt team's lack of professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail throughout the entire repair. If you care about your car being repaired correctly, expeditiously, correctly, or being provided with good customer service, please learn from my mistake and have it repaired elsewhere.

My car came back with damage in an area they were not working on. The damage did not show on the arrival pictures they took, yet they refused to repair. The boss said that the paint on a car can delaminate on it's own and not their fault. It wasn't 'delaminated' when I dropped it off, as the pictures proved. I suspect that they used a pressure washer set too high to clean it before giving it back to me.

I recently was in a MVA. The car was at the Dimmitt Collision Center while the Insurance Adjuster & the Dimmitt Collision Team Leader, Robert M, assessed the damage & loss. Although the MVA was deemed a total loss, my experience with Mr. M. was outstanding. He was efficient, concise, and available to answer my questions regardless of the number of times I asked and or contacted him. He worked with my Insurer to accurately appraise the damage, so that a clear decision could be made on the viability of repair vs loss. The Collision center too was staffed with professional agents, all of whom, were available for general questions & concerns. It is with high praise of Mr. M. for his expertise, efficiency, and patience, and of Dimmitt Collision Center for its quality work and competence in the MV repair area of which I wish to communicate to the BBB.

Repaired a tesla Model X with them, had to take the car back to them 2 times. First time the car was returned to me with noticeable repair flaws and had to take it back. After the review I pick up the car and the turn signal was unplugged. If you are a high earner and your time is valuable, seek elsewhere or just hire someone to deal with them as they will surely waste your time.

This place is the worst and it's all a result of zero communication with the customer. My vehicle has been in this shop for more than two weeks for a simple repair. They do not order parts on time. They do not return phone calls. They obviously have poor management because the work ethic from the service advisors is reflective of the leadership. If you can avoid this place, I would highly recommend it.

Harry Blackledge has been absolutely a joy to work with in repairing our 2022 LR Defender. Numerous supply issues beyond his control but he kept us updated continuously and was relentless in pursuing the vendors/suppliers. He worked one-on-one with our insurance company and has made entire repair process as stressless as possible. Quality of repair was #1 with him and his team. Thank you Harry and team!
