My niece picked up my 89 year old mother at the nursing home and brought her to this CVS for a flu shot. She has medicare of course and united mine workers insurance which covers all her health care. The refused her a free flu shot and wanted $107 so she didn't get one. That is who these people are. Flu shots are supposed to be free for all Americans over 65.

It has become very difficult to reach an actual person through the phone, the machine doesn't even give you the option even after pressing 0. I've also rarely had any luck using their drive through. Lastly, the pharmacist often look rushed and tired and sometimes there would only be a couple there rushing around making phone calls and filling prescriptions. There's some obvious changes that need to be done, mainly hiring more employees and then treating these employees properly so that they want to stay!

Order medication on oct 14th and today oct 18th still in process no explanation at all , left two voice mail, no call back, avoid this pharmacy at any cost if you want your prescription filled in timely manner.

This store went above and beyond to help me get a medication that Walgreens couldn’t help me with. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians all came together to get me a prescription I really needed. Thank you all so much!!!

Had a script called in yesterday still couldn't get it yesterday tried to call the pharmacy to see if they check the voicemail for the script. You can't get through you have to leave a voicemail it's time to change pharmacies. I have to go back up there to see if they check the voicemail for my medication that I needed like yesterday.

Omg where do I begin…first you have Emma. She calls herself a manager but obviously customer service is not in her job description I’ve never met someone so rude with little knowledge or patience not to mention very condescending smh. Then Edward a complete zombie walks around bored and annoyed almost makes you nervous to ask him for any help. That whole staff needs to work at McDonald’s with their nasty attitudes

I don’t know why they have the voicemail call back options for the pharmacy because they will NEVER call you back. It’s bad they don’t answer period and your basically forced to leave a VOICEMAIL smh AND them doing business this way a just there way of FORCING YOU TO COME IN.

If you’re calling pharmacy, your only option is to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Apparently, this locations pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone. I called their front register and had the cashier internal transfer me directly to pharmacy. When the pharmacist answered she had a bad attitude and was rude because I bypassed their voicemail to callback, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but the date was 7/5/23 at 3:30pm. Given how quick the pharmacist said “no”, she couldn’t be bothered to check if they had what script I needed filled in stock. This is the worst customer service from a pharmacy I’ve ever had. Very grateful this is not my local location. I do not recommend this location for pharmacy related business.

Incredibly unprofessional. An employee answered the phone then set it on the counter. For 45 minutes. I had time to drive to the store and ask them why I was still on hold.. and they could hear the entire conversation through MY phone. Where is this acceptable?

Went to walk in clinic and they said I had pneumonia. Called in a common antibiotic to pick up at this location. I drove directly to the location and got there 10 min before they closed. They sent me away and refused to fill the RX because they "were closing soon." Drove to another location and got it in less than 5 min

I have to speak on the great encounters I have everytime I patronize I’m warmly greeted and the customer service is excellent Jose and James makes this location a for sure go too these two gentleman still have the core value of customers service and how valuable it is to have it will make people come just for the experience so I Thank you both

Only giving a two star because the staff was friendly when speaking to me but as far as efficiency and timely manner for prescription took me 25 mins for someone to talk to me at the drive through no line inside it out

The pharmacists will continually walk past you and ignore you until they are right and ready to help you. If you’re picking up from this location expect to be there for at least 30 minutes.
