No idea who these people are reviewing. Nobody calls you back from this place. I've had multiple service appointments here. Nobody greets you when you walk in (too busy browsing facebook), they incorrectly categorize your service appointments when scheduling and I have yet to receive a callback for any of the messages I've left regarding my service appointments. My 2024 car has had three "voluntary" recalls and failed parts that have to be replaced.
This place is a nightmare. I wish I lived closer to another dealership.

I have recently had some issues with my Kia. My service consultant was Tim Burkart. On both occasions he was extremely helpful and resolved the issues making sure I knew the car was under warranty and everything would be covered. Always pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Tom!!

The salesman was very polite and it's a nice clean place, I'm only giving it four stars because to me it's way overpriced. Everything is MSRP with little to no incentives offered, I have bought over three dozen new vehicles and never once paid MSRP for anything.
We were there over a lost key fob and they wanted $337 for one key fob, we called a local locksmith and had two of them delivered for $280.

Very nice staff answered questions on a small repair on my 2023 Sportage Prestige hybrid. Parts gave me a price and service a price. A 1/2 inch cracked lense on my front camera will cost about $750 to replace. It appears they charge over 200 per hour labor.
Each person I spoke to was cordial and professional. Thankfully, they did not charge me to park while I got their outrageous quote!

Thomas Burkart in the service department at Crown Kia, St. Petersburg always gets a 5 star review from us. I stopped in without an appointment on a busy Friday with an issue and Tom made sure it was taken care of and that I was safe to travel. Even squeezed me in for a future appointment to double check the issue.

I have been a KIA owner since 2011. I have always used KIA to provide my service maintenance. Michael Stephenson is my service advisor and he has good always provided excellent customer service advice, keeping me on track and recommendations for service maintenance.
