I went to look at a used Honda Pilot at Crown Honda last week. Frenk assisted me and was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Pricing was fair and the car came with a manufacturer-backed warranty. I passed on the Pilot because I was concerned about the black exterior and black leather interior in the Florida heat, but I had no hesitation about doing business with Crown. If you are looking to purchase a new or used Honda from a dealership that treats you fairly without all the super-aggressive sales tactics give Frenk and Crown Honda a call.

Six months ago I purchased a Honda Civic, and my salesman was Zachary Price. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Fast forward to now, and I decided that the civic wasn't the car for me, and once again dealt with Zachary. I told him what I was looking for, and I would be in the next day to shop around. When I got there Zach had already brought a car up front that he thought I would like, and he was right. I bought the car that day. I've always dreaded car shopping, but Zachary made it as quick and painless as possible. He was more than thorough showing me the features of the car, he worked with me on the price, and throughout the whole transaction he was very patient and answered all my questions. As a single senior widow I was filled with anxiety to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I thought I would have the last car my husband and I had purchased together for my lifetime. I hadn’t thought that through because it was an older Jeep reaching classic age where parts were difficult if not impossible to find.
I wrote in a notebook everything I wanted in a car. They weren’t all needs I also dreamed of a moonroof, navigation, cameras, stereo system that would rock.
First place I went was Toyota up the street. I was met with misogynistic male salesmen who were dishonest and frankly cruel and rude. After seeing the ONE car that might have worked I ventured down to Crown Honda.
Oh I felt discouraged when I arrived there. I went to the end of the sales room where a woman who has worked for them for 35 years was. She was wonderful and she sent Enver Bekric over to assist me.
From the moment I met Enver it was magic. He sat down with me and listened carefully to what I needed and was respectful of my budget. Mind you that I hadn’t said “boo” about my “unrealistic” dream features. He had a Civic available and I had previously owned a Civic and they are fun cars. We looked at it and I could see that it would do for me. But then….my eyes landed on a CR-V EX. It was just slightly higher than the Civic but definitely doable if I could get a good trade in value for my old Cherokee.
His manager (I’m assuming) was also easy to talk to and he came out to take a look at my Jeep and he gave me an excellent trade in value.
I had asked two male friends one in CO and one a lifetime mechanic husband of a close friend in OR for assurance and while Enver and I sat in the HR-V we were on speakerphone with them. They grilled Enver. He answered every question and concern with ease. I then test drove it and well that was it. I was in love.
This car is a 2016 with 63,000 miles on it. All service like oil changes were done there at Crown. They gave me a CarFax report along with pages long service check report. It looks practically new and is a color that I wanted. And I got every single feature I wanted. It’s loaded. A 100,000 mile or lifetime limited warranty. There’s an option for further warranties at the end of the sales process.
I hadn’t planned on buying a car that day so although I had met with my credit union to determine interest rates (I financed 2/3’s) I did not have a pre approved loan in hand.
No worries. Enver sat me down with a Coke in his office and he did all of the steps for me including my loan. It takes time so plan on that but easy. He explained everything to me in simple language I understood.
Before I knew it he was using my cellphone camera to take a picture of me and my beautiful car. Off I drove.
He had given me his biz card with directions to phone him no matter where I was at in the US should I have a concern. I did call him a week later so that he could go over all of the features. This car has an excellent navigation system and the stereo system plays my Apple Music. Plus it comes with two months of free Sirus. The moonroof? Oh I can’t wait to be cruising across our country at night with it open and the stars shining.
Envers office is lined with awards. There’s a reason for that. He is gifted in his field. The best. I highly recommend asking for him. Why not speak to the best Sales Consultant. Even if you go with another sales consultant at Crown you’ll be in good hands. They’re happy there. That makes for a positive experience.
I absolutely love my car. I get attached to my vehicles and I thought I would be emotional leaving my Jeep. Surprise. I was too excited about my new to me car to even shed a tear!
Thank you all. Enver you are a friend for life. I will always recommend Crown Honda and I am active on social media so will tell of my experience.

Taylor Davis went above and beyond to make our 2nd time leasing with Crown amazing! No pressure and very knowledgeable. She even helped with transferring stuff over to our new Accord out in the heat after we finished in finance. Speaking of finance…John Sizemore was also great and the whole finance process was quick and smooth. If you want to get treated like family, and not just a sale, this is the dealership for you!

My experience was absolutely great. I was greeted right away by my excellent sales associate, Enver Bekric. I was given all the info I asked for and more. I found the perfect vehicle that I was looking for, and the buying process went very smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.
