The sales rep was great however the finance manager was very pushy and persistent. Apparently he was never taught the meaning of the word NO. He also took it upon himself to slip in a service plan for a couple grand that I never agreed to purchase upon the first place. Be very careful when dealing with these snake-oil salesman. Very crooked, persistent, annoying...etc etc...left with a headache! Also to take the cake my battery died 3 weeks after purchasing this vehicle. Unreal. Update: I was contacted via phone call by the general sales manager and he apologized for my experience. I was also reimbursed for the cost of the battery I had purchased.

quoted me $100 for an oil change and an additional $100 hr to rotate my tires just lef after being given pricing info felt disrespecting not returning.

Most expensive Honda parts in the area. Literally 20% markup over all other Honda dealerships in the area. Call around and see for yourself.

What a horrible example of an automotive franchise. Very unfortunate because Crown Automotive used to be a well established and well respected business, they have been in the area for a long time. I think we all are getting used to the bait and switch game when it comes to car purchasing. I was told that the 2016 Honda Accord that I was interested in was on the lot so I drove for an hour plus and low and behold when I got on the Crown Honda property it was no where to be seen. Horrible, even the Sales person was used to the routine they pulled.

Tia and Mike Tan are amazing. Friends recommended them and I am delighted! Called in the morning and walked out a few hours later with my car! I love my car! The service was amazing. No gross car sales feeling. Honest, kind and straight forward! I highly recommend Crown Honda and Tia and Mike Tan. You will have a great experience!!

3 weeks after the purchase of my car I'm still waiting on tag/registration. Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered, for weeks. Communication throughout this experience has been disappointing to say the least. I love the Honda brand but will not be buying any more vehicles from this particular dealership. I can't find anyone there who seems to care about effectively helping.

Great experience, Michael Tan helped me finding the car that I want it. Very patient, helpful, respectful and got me a great deal. He answered all my questions and it was my first time buying a new car so he was with me through the whole process. Couldn’t express enough how happy I am. He made sure that I understood every step.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, take your car to Crown Honda for service. I took my car in yesterday for a simple oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Probably less than 30 minutes of labor. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, letting them know that I was going to wait in their lounge until the work was completed. I ended up waiting almost 4 hours! Unbelievable - why have me bring the car in 3-1/2 hours before they were going to actually work on it? And if that weren't bad enough, they forgot to put the lug-nut key back into my car, so now I have to arrange for them to deliver it to my home. And I had virtually the same experience last time I brought it in for service. They just don't know how to run a service operation and have no respect for people's time. Next time I'll probably drive to the Honda dealer in Bradenton. Couldn't be any worse.

I have been a Honda leaser for over 10 years, because the service I receive has always been professional, personal, and excellent at McGrath City Honda (Chicago, IL). I recently moved to Florida, and I was a little worried I wouldn't find a Honda dealership that could provide the same service, but I was wrong.I met Tia Harr when my recent lease was in the body shop for over four months because a vital part was on critical backorder. I was at a point where I couldn't fathom continuing to rent a car because it had become financially draining. I went to Crown Honda and met Tia. She was able to get me into a vehicle and a monthly payment that exceeded my expectations. As we waited for the new lease to get ready, she arranged for someone to go to the body shop to retrieve my car plates, in order to place them onto the new lease. On top of that, she also assured me they would return the rental I was paying for back to the rental company. Everything fell into place better than I thought it would. Tia and the Crown Honda team are my new Honda family because the service was and is professional, personal, and excellent. I appreciate what was done on my behalf at a time that had become financially draining. Thank you, Tia and Crown Honda!

I brought car in to get a new fob and To fix the Window. It didn't go back up. So they did the fob no problem. The window however was a different story. They charged me to inspect the window and to give me an estimate. They said it was a master switch and it would be over $700 to Repair. I just paid for the inspection and diagnosis and was going to get car and go home. The window which was up when I arrived, was down and they "couldn't get it back up". I feel they were just trying to persuade me to do the overpriced job there. Because it was a rainy day and hot and they were sending me on my way exposed to the elements. Not cool in my book. And so I said why didn't they just manually raise the window when they were inspecting it and put it down. They said they never opened the door panel and I asked them How they knew it was just a switch if they didn't check the motor and he said the guy just knew. I Was getting angry and it didn't seem to be getting anywhere so I took the car as it was and drove through the rain the 20 minutes back home. Not thrilled at all and the idea that they didn't even check my Window properly but charged me $135 to inspect and diagnose while failing to actually inspect and diagnose. I feel ripped off but glad they didn't get to rip me off anymore. I found the part online for $35 and installed it within 10 minutes with minimal tools. How they could charge $300+ for labor should be considered theft. To top it all off the new switch didn't fix it. Took it to a real mechanic and they fixed the motor for under 200 and the switch I had works and so Does the new one. They are so easy to change out it was no trouble just switching them out to verify. Seems to me they were just trying to hustle me, using shady business techniques to try to convince me to do the job with them. I'll never be back. Thieves is what they are and not very good mechanics because they surely got it wrong with mine. They've charged me for a Job they didn't do. I call that stealing Stay away from this place. Scammers.

Fraudulent. They knew I was driving around the country. They told me my drive belt was so badly worn that it needed replacement immediately and that would cost over $300. I was surprised since it had been replaced 5000 miles before. I took the car to another service place and they checked the drive belt - good as new. 3000 miles later, I took the car to another service place. Drive belt is as good as new.

Every single interaction that I've had with this dealership has been fantastic. They are always exceeding expectations, going the extra mile, and dealing with you honestly. That is so rare in car sales in car service industry. They are extremely responsive and really take a concierge approach to both sales and tractions and car service interactions. If you need service and they ask you if you have a preferred service advisor, say GARY Phillips. What a treat to work with this gentleman! Gary is not only funny, responsive and fantastic, he lets you know what services are recommended, explains why, but is honest about the necessity. They saw my tires were worn a bit unevenly but the alignment checker had not worked and so he put my car through the alignment checker again to see if the uneven wear was from before or was being caused by current misalignment. Secretly, my dad knew that he had had the car aligned very recently. So, if this place been unscrupulous, I would have known it and would have been doubting their advice forever. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Gary went the extra mile to make sure the recommendation was really necessary and was honest when he found out it wasn't. If you need a salesperson, ask for Michael O'Rourke (O'Roake?). What an advocate. He rescued me from an unscrupulous difficult Honda deal in Orlando, like a knight in shining armor. My original purchase of a Pilot in 2019 was also seamless and they again rescued me from a dealership in Orlando that changed the terms at the last minute but they matched the awesome price that I had negotiated with the other place. And my mother said to be sure to add that she loved the coffee and the donuts!

This place completely wasted our time. We came in because of a listed vehicle we found online, and then was told that it hasn't been through inspection yet. We explained that we were really interested and asked if we could put a deposit down to hold it until it could get looked at. We were told that wasn't possible because if someone else came in with the full amount it would go to them. So we felt forced to go ahead and buy the vehicle so that they would go ahead and proceed with the inspection. As soon as it went on the lift it was determined that the vehicle wasn't going to pass. Ok fine, the purchase didn't work out. However this company already processed our check and isn't able to issue a refund there. So now here it is a week and a half later and our money still hasn't been returned to us. We also were not told that our funds would be held if the sale didn't go through. All of this could have been avoided if they would have just took the time to throw it on the lift before listing and selling the vehicle. I will never come back to this dealership who cares more about their numbers and company competitions over customer service, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience
