“I went to this branch location today for a few things and Naira was so helpful!! I didn’t realize they close inside at 5pm, I thought they were open until 7pm and I showed up around 4:30. Naira was so nice and helpful I had no idea I kept her past closing until we were finished and she walked me out, that’s when I realized the place was empty. I have been banking here for years and never had a bad experience. I opened an account today for my son so we will definitely continue banking here!”

I was upset with a discrepancy with my car loan, and immediately it was handled and clarified to me. I obviously misunderstood, but I was treated with so much love. “Between 2008 and 2014 while living in the Clearwater area, I opened an account here. I thought I had closed my account when I moved but in 2018 I received a letter from Achieva that stated I still had an account and ask if I wanted to keep it or close it. I was very surprised and since my mom still lives here I asked her to go and speak to someone at a branch on my behalf. Well suffice it to say, I kept my account. I’ve been able to do all my banking through the app while living in Texas, New York and Virginia! I’m currently in Clearwater now helping my mom and we’ve gone to this branch on many occasions and have received excellent service. Very friendly and courteous staff!”
“Have been with her Achieva for over 23 years. Overall, I wish they had more locations we moved about an hour out of the city and won't close the accounts we still have. I would highly recommend having Achieva as your personal bank account there is nothing like being able to walk in and receive personal service. I've never had an issue with any loans that I had and I always found very good rates with Achieva the biggest complaint I have is there's not more locations throughout Florida.”
