Edvin is fantastic and I can tell he genuinely cares about his residents. Moving over the holidays is a beast but he helped make this the easiest lease process yet. Just settling in but I'm excited that Cortland Satori is now home!

I cannot say enough about the excellent experiences I continue to have here at Cortland Satori. From the time that I toured the property over almost two years ago, to the time I moved in about a year and a half ago to now, everything has been wonderful. The staff and maintenance are the standouts though, just so friendly, helpful and feel like old friends. They honestly are the glue that puts this community together. The events are great (I was super shy when I moved here and staff even helped me get out of my shell!!), facilities are amazing and honestly I think my dog may love it here just a tad more than me because of my huge wrap patio (you don't see them anywhere else that I looked!). I wasn't sure if this was a stop along my way to another place, but now I know for sure, I love my apartment and I love Cortland Satori and I will be here for a while. Best move I've made in a long time!

I recently moved into Cortland Satori, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the beginning of my apartment search to the day I moved in, Patrick was incredibly helpful and attentive. Patrick assisted me for over six months, guiding me through the entire process with kindness and expertise. Even after I settled in, he continued to be responsive and ready to answer any questions I had.The entire team at Cortland Satori, including Tyler, Edvin, Kayla, and Heather has been exceptional in providing top-notch customer service. They are not only accommodating but also full of great local recommendations. The sense of community here is truly outstanding, and it's evident that the staff genuinely cares about making residents feel at home. The modern apartments offer fantastic amenities that enhance the living experience. There are two well-equipped gyms, an outstanding pool, inviting office spaces, and even a pool table and game room. The community goes above and beyond with dog washing stations, a dog park, a movie theatre, donations box on site, car washing station, rentable guest suites, Luxer package lockers, a basketball court, and courtyards. I haven't tried the zen garden yet, but I'm looking forward to it!Two of my favorite features are the free coffee/tea and the large pond with a sidewalk all the way around it—perfect for walking my dog. The location is excellent, with a short drive to downtown St. Pete, Tampa, and 20 minutes to the beach. They also host fun resident events and have food trucks very often.I highly recommend Cortland Satori to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience with a welcoming and helpful staff

Patrick Kirchner leasing consultant along with the entire staff at Cortland Satori were very instrumental in my moving here. They are very knowledgeable welcoming and helpful. The apartments have everything one would want modern conveniences with many amenities. The community and grounds are attractive clean and well manicured. I really enjoy walks with my dog Luke around the lake. I'm very pleased I call Cortland Satori my home and would not hesitate recommending it to anyone looking for their new residence.

I live in a 2 bed apartment. Our apartment is covered in mold. Mold coming out of every air vent. Black mold coming out of our sinks, faucets, and shower heads. I wouldn’t dare get ice out of our machine. New bugs everyday. Broken dishwasher that we’ve asked to be fixed and they didn’t. These pictures don’t do it justice. Most of the good reviews you see on here are because they offer you food in exchange for reviews. (Example Crumbl cookies)

I've been living here for more than 6 months. The workers are always very friendly and helpful. The main reason why I will move here after the end of the contract is water. It smells terrible in the morning, if you turn on the water in the common area, for example in the coffee bar you will smell the smell of rotten eggs - it's disgusting! Unfortunately, your apartment will smell the same! The morning begins with a disgusting smell of water. My sink-mounted dish drainer is constantly covered in brown residue. All other pros and cons do not matter because water is needed for hygiene and food. The quality of the local water is terrible, but if you are willing to put up with it, then everything else is quite pleasant.

5 stars all around to Cortland Satori. Particularly to the always helpful and kind leasing office staff member, Edvin!! His level of professionalism and dedication to assisting me throughout the leasing process was exceptional. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and concerns are addressed promptly. His friendly and helpful demeanor always makes me feel valued as a tenant. I couldn't be more thankful to Edvin and would recommend Cortland Satori to anyone looking for a new place to call home without hesitation!

Recently moved here! When I came to tour everyone was so kind and welcoming from the second I walked in. Patrick was the leasing consultant that helped me out. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had, when I was deciding on which apartment to chose I even called the front desk and spoke with Kayla who went out of her way to make sure the apartment was set up the way I needed it to be. I’ve been here for about a month now and I still reach out to Patrick with questions and he not only answers them but follows up a few days later. Would recommend as it has been a smooth moving process!

I moved in a couple months ago and this has been the best apt complex. Edvin, our leasing agent, made the process so smooth and went above and beyond to answer our questions and make us feel at home. Since moving in, we’ve had 0 issues and the staff has been so great. I love living here.

Cortland management made our residency terrible. We were not respected by Cortland management from the day we moved in - They did not follow the lease, i.e., we were told we had to pay more money than we leased (July 29, 2022 ).Cortland delayed sending us the lease to just days before we moved in (we attempted to rent the apartment months earlier but were made to wait).First, Cortland was separately charging us an extra garage fee. The apartment monthly rent was $X and we rented a garage for monthly $Y, we received a lease that was $X plus $Y to equal $Z. We discovered on move in day there was an extra garage fee above what was in our signed lease ($Z plus $Y). Cortland said the apartment rent was increased by this exact amount of the garage fee ($Y). This made no sense because our lease gave the $Z amount for the apartment that included the garage. Cortland made accusations we were wrong and had to pay the extra garage fee above what the lease said. Cortland harassed us and made us pay the extra garage fee for months. We tried to be friendly, so we proposed to meet them halfway. We were told no.Cortland continued to badger us to pay the full amount of the garage, which we paid the next three months. We continued to explain this overcharge was not following our lease, and finally on the fourth month, Cortland management decided not to charge us for the garage anymore, and refunded our money for the overcharges. But wait, then Cortland delivered documents to our door to move out of the garage or they will throw away our personal property and alsoevict us from our apartment for not signing a new garage lease (both threats were unlawful). They did this 1 day before a hurricane hit us. They turned off our elevators too (we lived on the 4 floor and he is 65 and I have a neck injury with restrictions). At about 4:45 pm and just hours before the hurricane hit, after I moved all our precious belongings into our apartment (keeping us from using one of our bedrooms for days), we got an email they were not going to kick us out or charge us further for the garage. Then a few months later they started overcharging us for our sewer bill by up to nearly $40/month, which clearly was breaking our lease. The sewer bill was being allocated for property usage and our lease clearly says it was based on our usage alone and not allocated by property usage. We fought this for months but then we strongly felt we were being forced to move out for our own sanity and our owed peaceful living. We didn't know what Cortland might do next. We had to hire an attorney because Cortland wanted us to pay an extra 2 months rent for leaving early by 3 months on a 15 month lease, after they told us we could leave early as long as we kept quiet about their deeds. We decided that their behavior was too egregious to let them off that easy since they rented our apartment immediately (it was a highly coveted location, top floor, pond view, quiet side). We hope that Cortland learns how to treat their tenants better and to stop harassing them by threatening the safety of their belongings and peaceful living.

Cortland Satori is an amazing apartment complex. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living here for the last 3 years. The staff is always very helpful and kind, and the amenities are always clean.
