Coleen was amazing designing our closets. She was knowledgeable and do helpful as we had no clue what exactly we wanted. And our installer Andy K. was absolutely amazing. He was professional , friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and the installer. If services are needed in the future we will definitely use this company and I’ll be requesting the same installer as well

We are very pleased with the outcome of both our garage and laundry room. Our designer, Kamila, was awesome! She listened to what we wanted and came up with a design and ensured all measurements were accurate. The storage wall rails and attachments for hanging yard tools seemed a little too expensive but they work well for our space. The custom cabinets with the soft close doors are so functional and makes our space clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Brittany did a great job working with me (a person with a disability). Even after the install, CBD stepped up and solved a problem. The Install team deserved a deserve a shout out as well. They worked with us, listened, and kept the space clean.

Avery good company. Sidney Stroud was the designer and did an awesome job to design the right closet solution for us. She was always very helpful and responsive and she is an expert in what she does. Nick and Hunter installed the new closets with very high accuracy and professionalism. They wer quick and left the site as they found it. really great service, we would like to recommend this company very much to everybody.

The assemblers showed up as scheduled. The cabinets look very good and seem to be sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the sales lady didn't have time to email receipts when she charged my credit card. We had to call the office to get the receipts and the final paperwork.

I would rate this company higher had it not been for the rudeness I experienced. When a client has legitimate confirmed installation issues, the office should work to rectify this matter in a timely manner without impacting said client. Instead in order to have the concerns repaired, I either had to wait 5-6 weeks for weekend service or take time out of my workday losing money and productivity. No reimbursement or discount offered for the hours lost but only push back. This isn't how you treat customers, Lauren needs to take a few customer service classes and tone down the rude behavior. Closets by Design isn't the only option in town. With that being said, our future closet needs will go elsewhere.

Closet by Design did my pantry and master closet in the condominium. I am so happy to be done with wire racks. Love the curved shelves in pantry as it gives me more space. Double hanging racks and cubbies in closet do the same. Extremely pleased. The two guys who did installation were very kind, clean, and showed up on time. Perfect job!!!!

The staff that came out to give me my closet quote was friendly and knowledgeable. She respected the limit I wanted to keep for cost and was not pushy with trying to get me to exceed that. The installers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up before they left. I am loving my new closet.

We had a custom closet installed in our home recently and we are quite pleased with how everything turned out. The design was exactly what we were looking for and the 2 men that came in did the install, got everything finished in one day. We would recommend Closets by Design to anyone needing to design a custom space in their house.

Issac designed a beautiful closet for my small condo bedroom. Evan and Leo did an excellent job installing my new closet. I recommend this team for your new closet. They all were very friendly and professional. The installers cleaned up after themselves.
