Terrible to deal with, purchased a battery and it literally lasted about 30 days......much like their warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, They sell junk.

Totally Bogus! Bought a battery to replace my solar powered motion light. As u can see side x side they are the same type, volts, 1800mah etc etc. After left to charge for approx. 2 hrs checked on the unit & tested. Light did not work. Both the battery & the back of the light were extremely hot & smelled. I could have dealt with the late shipping if the battery worked. But I just paid 12.99 for a replacement battery to ruin a 79.99 light1/4/2022 : (since google doesn't allow a person to "respond back to the owner" I am going to do so here as I am just seeing this response).after researching some of the other reviews from this company I have discovered that my issue with the battery purchased seems to be a one off deal as I could not find others who had encountered the same issue. Yes ,I did check the connection several times & regularly use similar batteries as part of a hobby & I can attests that this was not a polarity issue. Before seeing this I did go out & buy a brand new outside light with a fresh battery. However when that battery needs replacement I feel more than comfortable giving this company a 2nd shot at service due to the owners more than helpful response to go out of his way to try & troubleshoot & correct the problem. I am a fair & honest person & believe in quality customer service, after another chance would be glad to change my status on this review

I'd say minus every star if it were possible. I ordered a battery formy alarm, but turned out not the battery and I decided to change from Brinks to ADT as Brinks had me trying to fix their equipment and I'm not into repairs. I left a message for the delivery person not to leave the package from Batteryhawk, LLC but it was left anyways. I sent an apology email to Daniel Aaron of Batteryhawk and explained the situation. He said no problem so I returned to sender unopened.My card was charged anyways so I asked Mr. Aaron to take thecharges off because the routing number showed it had beensent back to his store. I got flimflam excuses from Mr. Aaron. Heasked me to reverse the charges as he gets a bad boy report when hedoes anything which would be the right thing to do and the way toclear my charges but HE NEVER DID. I HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO GET OFFICIAL PAPERWORK THAT THE BATTERY WAS RETURNED TO HIS STORE; GOT IT AND NOW I HOPE HE FEELS LIKE THE JACKASS HE IS FOR PUTING ME THROUGH ALL THIS. I WILL NEVER NEED ANOTHER BATTERY BUT IF I DID; I WOULD NEVER USE HIS STORE.

They collected my money and sent out my product late and it's been over 14 days from stated shipment date and i still have not received yet. Try calling and you only get a voice mail directing you gmail questions. Their site state fast shipping but i find that to be false! I will not buy anything from them, as the product i ordered goes to a ILco hotel key machine that is needed ASAP!
