Thanks for nothing. I paid 100 dollars to get my screen fixed. The screen part, you said, "It will be here overnight."
it wasnt. it has been almost two weeks now, my phone is now completely unusable, and STILL you haven't repaired my phone. You ordered a defective part. You didn't even ask for an alternative number so you could call me and tell me that you made me spend money on a defective part. Still waiting. Where did you even put my money? I want it back.
I got a call this morning that I physically could not see, could not answer. The screen. Is broken. Was that you? If so, thanks for finally getting back to me! Completely useless of you to call my busted phone. Thanks.
I guess I'll have to drive down there today and tell you why I need my money back. I'm pissed. If my phone is more broken than when it started, repair it for free.

Today I picked up a $360 pre-ordered AGM battery for my 2017 Bolt. The installer lost a bolt to my motor. It’s still in there someplace he wanted to charge me $12 for wiping off the excess corrosion on one of the terminals. I have asked the manager to call me back when he gets in. We’ll see whether that happens. We’ll see how long this battery that cost $360 and is only warranted for 2 1/2 lasts. It has no brand name. Because it was special ordered, they won’t let me return it.
Note in the response, he didn’t call me, nor make an effort to correct the problems.
Manager called 7/3 made it right.

Danil was an amazing associate! He literally fixed my phone and I thought I was going to be lost bc I was starting my new job and I needed access to my email. I went to Verizon and they weren’t able to help me but when I went to batteries plus they were a tremendous help and fix my phone in less than an hour. My phone was up and running and now I can access everything that I need in order to start my new job. The experience was fantastic and the workers here are unbelievable you should do everything you can to come here to!

Zach got batteries Plus bulbs did the best job I have ever seen on a phone repair. I break my phone all the time because of my work and through all those times Zach has done the best job. Not only was he helpful, he was funny too.
