“I've been a Bank of America customer for the past 22 years, and never had a problem with BofA, until last year. I've been using the tellers at the Park Boulevard branch for the past 10 years. I do online banking, or use the teller, but never go in, until last year when I needed a transaction that required my presence in the lobby. Had to go in again, to bring some information that was missing. I was assured everything was taken care of... until it was not. For the past 11 months, and due to the incompetence of the 2 agents that assured and reassured me everything was taken care of, I've had to visit the lobby many times trying to fix their mistake. After yet another frustrating visit where, in order for the agents to cover their backs, I was given the run around, I decided to visit this branch on 66th St N, where I was greeted by Daniel who directed me to Jaineisha Burgess. She took the time to listen to me, look at the documentation I have of what was going on, and did everything in her power to try to correct the situation, and correct it she did. I was treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. If I could give Jaineisha 100 stars, I would. She deserves each one of them. It took her 40 minutes to correct the mistake the other 2 agents made and haven't been able (or willing) to correct for the past 11 months. I felt so relieved! I am forever grateful to Jaineisha, and Daniel, and I'll be driving the extra mile to their branch. Thank you. We need more people like you in this world.”
