I prefer to self service my account online, but love that there is a local branch nearby to stop in for person assistance. It usually is best to schedule appoint. My parents are also long time client of the bank, whom prefer to come into local branch for all their banking needs. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. They do recognize their frequent client. I have bank with PNC and Wells Fargo, but my in-person experience is always better with Bank of America.

Really poor customer service and always understaffed. Has no sense of the businesses in their lobby as in no desire to get people’s requests handled efficiently or quickly so the client can go about their day.

Best customer service I have ever had in a Bank Aubrey the Manager and John Relationship Bank are so amazing. Thank you for your friendliness and personal care you have shown me.

Waste of time! No tellers until September. Add that to your web info, so customers don’t waste time and fuel. If I wanted to transfer funds and then withdraw I wouldn’t have visited the branch. Useless!

I used to go to this branch all the time, now I can only do customer service there as they have no tellers. I had issues with 2 debit cards and could only use this branch to get replacement card ordered but had to then go to the Park Blvd branch to take money out since my card wouldn't work in the ATM. Very inconvenient to go to 2 branches to conduct business. The people at Park Blvd branch will only see you if you are a business,home, or auto loan, but not a regular account. Then replacement card didn't show up, had another on expedited to me was told would only take 2 days. 2 1/2 weeks later it showed up. Really expedited. I recently went to the bank on my payday to take some money out and lo and behold my account was restricted for "unusual" activity. Because I did some shopping and paid my rent??? Well after almost 18 years, I'm done, found another bank to go to and I got my debit card the same day.....shocker!!Bye bye BoA. Trust me I will not miss you.

They won't have tellers for doing things like making change at this location for months according to the manager. There were 5 customers when I walked in. How is it that a multi billion dollar company can't keep enough employees to staff a bank? I will be looking for a new bank for my business ASAP.

Hey google friends, I’ve come to this location since opening my account and wouldn’t trade this location the staff is super friendly super helpful and does a good job at condescending the line down. I don’t minded waiting in line because I know my needs will be taken care of. Edwin does a very good job at remembering his clients and what there common needs are. Super friendly super helpful with any questions I have. I love going in there and getting recognized show’s how much they truly care for their customers.

Slow! They have multiple people working but only one teller and he takes 15-20 mins per person. If you are on break don't come here!!!
