Had to go inside because drive thru had zero lanes open. Seriously? I was doing a favor for someone and this was a hassle. Drive thru would be less Covid interaction but someone decided that standing in line and interacting with employees made more sense. Just another reason why I closed my accounts.

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. The 102nd and 66th locations is great. The team there is great too. My family has banked there since 2003 and have never had a negative experience. Isabel, Aubrey, and Daniel are courteous, professional, and go out of their way to accommodate clients.
