I went to Walmart to get new wipers and I got wrong size so I brought them back amd asked for help amd got right size but the bracket wouldn't fit my car, frustrated I returned them, then rolled to my local zone and Chris Jackson, was at the counter and helped me get the right ones, after hearing my short story he told me he would take care of me, I'm not a car dude so I had no idea that the brackets had changed from old school j hooks. He came out and switched the brackets and wipers for me and then changed the passenger side cause it didn't fit just right. Now all done and I really appreciate Chris and my local zonethanks Chris 1 morr thing for my hunny do list done lol

Went in for something and got scolded by management! Rude and unprofessional! I expected better help i hardly ever shop this store and don't plan on it anymore this was definitely my last trip here! Tried to call customer service after and got nowhere just dead end answering machines

This is my favorite store, Chris always take good care of me and my business, never let me down, he always order parts on time and call me when parts gets there, he is very nice and professional, treat people right with respect and good energy, actually the entire crew is fire, they run this store and a family business owners, but today I am here to talk about Chris, Tks Chris for your hard work and always refer me new customers, you are the kind of person every single Autozone should have a guy like you! It’s a pleasure doing business with you my boy Chris cheers and happy holidays!

Long story kinda shortened, get all the parts for new wipers, brakes and oil. Even when I thought going top off the line was best they recommended products just as good for LOWER prices, never sold me anything i didnt need and they were overall super friendly, caring and VERY intelligent. Shootouts to Dominic, Chris, Trey... Shay??? I cant remember every name,but every person was more than qualified for their respective titles and positions. Quality Customer Relations!! The last mechanic who worked on my car stipped my oil bolt, 6/8 bolts I needed to remove to get my brakes and rotors off and use an electric to tighten them on WAY to tight for any hand wrench to work. Every member helped walked me through what went wrong, how the mechanic messed up and what the quicker and most affordable options were. They weren't the same options but they were honest options. They gave me a few numbers for mechanics they use personally and I was able to fix every problem on by one. It took two days but my problems were a bit of a headache. But my issues would have never been solved without the QUALITY staff at this Autozone! Thanks again guys! Means the world.

Chris Jackson was the best!!!! Had no problems helping us with what we needed... Best customer service went to the one 6595 on Park Blvd and the manager acted like she didn't want to be bothered with what we needed help with..

I came in to purchase car seats. Got them, but they didn’t come with the hooks to attach. I went back in tried to get them, Liz was dismissive and horrible. She wouldn’t leave the register to come and help. There was no one in the store. I tried to see if they had anything that would work, she kept just saying no. I will never shop here again. So sad.

Experienced an issue with car battery, called this store and Craig provided great information on services available. At the store, the car battery was tested to determine if a new one was needed, the battery was dead and within 10 minutes Caesar had the new battery in the car. He was very professional, competent and friendly. I will recommend this store to anyone who needs assistance.

This place ha ls horrible customer service.. the young guy always on his phone.. ignores anyone walk in the door.. after the 3 trip there.. I stood infront him.. waiting to get help.. never looked up once. The prices are different for the exact same things.. asked why there were two prices. The old guy was so rude and nasty.. that. "Thats the way it is when we have no space to put stuff.. is there a problem" he's so nasty.. saying " then don't come back here".. I asked him to put my telephone number in to get my rewards.. he was so rude saying " why didn't you tell me thst in the first place.." I stop going here.. after a year.. i m alway there.i now.. drive a miles further to go to oreilly.. he needs to reture or quite.. they are nasty .. rude condescending.. not helpful.. and clueless on what they have in the store

I came in today (9/26/23) to have my car battery checked because my car would not start earlier, thanks to me unknowingly leaving my interior light on for 3 days straight. I had turned the light on, then left the car, and didn't drive the car again for 3 days, when I noticed the light on. I was able to get a jump start, then made my way to Auto Zone. Damian was the one to greet me, and he was extremely friendly from the get-go. I explained what happened and he went to my car to check the status of the battery and give me my options. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy a new battery, and it still did have a little life left, but I did opt to get one anyway, since it had been about 4 years since the battery was last replaced. He went over my battery options, was quick to ring me up and do the install, made sure my car started up fine, and then I was good to go. While I hate shelling out money for my car (I mean, who does?), I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Thank you Damian for making it a good one!

I have been going to this AutoZone for years first time I’ve ever been thrown off the property for having a conversation with my lady friend over her vehicle manager was under the hood of a car changing. The battery did not want to acknowledge me standing there because I was bothering him. I guess so I went into the store to look around for the windshield wiper that I needed, I have a problem with connection on the wiper arm went back outside to talk to my lady friend to tell her I did not want a woman to show me how to fix the problem that’s when the manager under the hood decided to engage in our conversation and tell me to not talk about his employees like that and leave the property he was not interested in helping or situation at all. All he wanted to do is be a tough guy manager. I will not go back to the store as long as that person is in his position. The lady I was referring to. Employee had eyelashes over an inch long and fingernails. I didn’t think that she needed to tell me how to fix my car when I’ve been working on vehicles all my life, she didn’t seem to fit the position. All I had was a conversation with my lady friend in the parking lot will not return. I’m not sure how this lady could change a battery like the manager was in the parking lot. I’m sure she can run her computer very well, but I do not want her working on my car. That’s not insulting it’s just a fact. I just realized this is the wrong AutoZone on Park Boulevard. It’s actually 6465 Park Boulevard. I tried to post a review at the store, 6465 Park Blvd. where the problem is at obviously they’re having so much problems there with their employees. The latest review is six months old can’t place a new review the manager needs to go to big for his britches.

Jared was quite helpful in rounding up parts from other stores to complete a front end . Why a single store would only carry 1 bushing when it takes 8 is beyond me, but Jarod made it happen so a good employee solved a silly problem

Needed a new battery & was there for less than 10 minutes. Chris was super nice, looked up my warranty & installed my battery instantly! Ask for Chris!!!
