“I have been a customer of theirs about 30 yrs. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Today I went 11/14/23 and Jack, Dion?(I think that's his name) and Mike were great! Jack showed me how dirty my oil was and I told him I was supposed to have it done in June but my son passed and I just haven't been able to do much. He was so sweet and understanding and he said a prayer with me. He suggested to put a cleaner in it as my spark plugs were just changed yesterday and it started doing the same thing. After they finished and I started the car my check engine light went out and it ran great! He also made it more affordable for me. “Very much like most Auto Zone stores, it's large, well organized, clean, and has what you need. I visited on a Sunday evening and was the only person in the store. There's almost always something on sale you can stock up on, like gas treatment/injector cleaner. The parking lot is large and spacious. One of the workers told me where I could get free air for tires in the neighborhood. Shopping at Auto Zone is easy because everything is exactly where you expect it to be, and if you can't find it, the reps know where it is. I'm a loyal customer.”

“Didn't know corporate read these so I have to say how Cruz saved me. I came in late to buy a tool to finish work my brakes. Changing the shoes and drums. I was told beforehand "Changing shoes is about as simple as changing pads. If it's your first time you'll be fine." I was lied to. A restaurant across the street was closed so I go there to work on it. Start changing the shoes and the problem arises of my springs being OLD and not having new ones and starting this project 20 minutes before nightfall. Between my springs being old and tight and me not seeing anything well with no experience, Cruz drove across the street and for over two hours in the pitch black of night helped me put on the shoes and drum on my tire I had started and did not once complain either. He was just like "We've all been there with cars before one way or another. I don't mind helping." Cruzist Christ, because like Jesus, he is a savior!! Will shop here from now on beacuse of Cruz!”

“I went to Walmart to get new wipers and I got wrong size so I brought them back amd asked for help amd got right size but the bracket wouldn't fit my car, frustrated I returned them, then rolled to my local zone and Chris Jackson, was at the counter and helped me get the right ones, after hearing my short story he told me he would take care of me, I'm not a car dude so I had no idea that the brackets had changed from old school j hooks. He came out and switched the brackets and wipers for me and then changed the passenger side cause it didn't fit just right. Now all done and I really appreciate Chris and my local zonethanks Chris 1 morr thing for my hunny do list done lol”

“Highly recommend! I took my 2008 Mustang there for repairs due to an insurance claim and decided to get a price for some other damages previously done that didn't warrant an insurance claim to be filed. I was quoted a price that I felt was very fair based on what needed to be done. When I picked up the car not only had they done all the repairs we agreed upon but had actually replaced my front bumper with a new one because it was in worse condition than he had previously thought. They also buffed out the headlights and the fog lights to look brand new and the car was polished and looked outstanding. This was all done at the original price and I was never asked for any more money. Anyone that brings their car into a service or repair shop knows how rare it is to not get called back and hear the price they quoted you is going to have to go up.I used to follow my Insurance Company's recommended service shop and the work was always less than outstanding and had to have them fix things after only a couple of months. I had an appointment with them that I waited almost a month for after they gave me the quote. When I dropped it off they called me a couple hours later and told me I had to come and pick it up because they didn't realize it had a rebuilt title and their "company policy" didn't allow them to work on it. Turns out that was a blessing in disquise.This is the only auto body shop I will be using from now on out!Services: Body & Trim”

“This is my 2nd time using Crash Champions on Park Blvd. They were spectacular the first time and didn't disappoint this time. Ronnie was my contact again. He quoted me a price to repair my car and a week to do it. The charge ended up being $1,000.00 let and was done a day and a half early!!!! Ronnie went to far as to wash my car, and added wiper fluid because he notice it was low. Also, I needed a rental car. There is an Enterprise right next door. When I went to Crash Champions to pick up my completed car, they took care of returning the rental. I obviously would recommend them highly!!!!!”

“My old 94 F150 was T-Boned on driver door and box. J&J did an excellent job bringing the truck back to original condition. The attention to detail was amazing. All the rust locations were identified and repaired. The repair and paint job is flawless. All the little dents were straightened out. The truck is basically brand new. I thought I was going to lose the multi striped pin-stripping but they were able to replicate it as original. Every time I went to the shop to check on the truck the guys always took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what was happening next. I get compliments on the truck wherever I go.
