Jay was the employee to test my car for me & you can really tell he loves his job! He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He educated me on the test step by step, the numbers, even the part itself. He also made sure that the issue was the correct issue by testing my car twice. “Great experience with Ariel and the team at Elite Auto Body!
I had been putting off a fix to some damage to my front passengers side for a few months and I was barely holding the damage over with tape. This wasn't an easy fix which required purchasing multiple parts and multiple types of paint to cover all the damage.
When I finally decided to look for a fix, I first went to another body shop nearby where they told me I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. I then found Elite Auto Body as an alternative and met Ariel, who was able to inspect my car and give me a prompt estimate while getting the required parts and paint ordered immediately. When Ariel told me he could have my car fixed one week after I first came to see him I was skeptical but he came through on his word! I can't believe I got my damage fixed before the other options in the area could even give me an estimate.
The work done on the car looks as good as new and I never expected to have it fixed this quickly. Would highly recommend going here for superior, fast service at a reasonable cost. Ariel is very responsive to calls and text messages and speaks both English and Spanish. I'm glad to have someone reliable to go to if I ever have damage again.”
