Contacted the store looking for a commercial style topper for my 2017 Chevy Silverado with a 5.8' bed. Needless to say the process from beginning to end was seamless. The team at Arrow Topper was professional, prompt, and installed the exact commercial topper I was looking for.Even though I live 1.5 hrs away, I will only use this shop for future upgrades to my vehicle.

When I bought my 2022 Trailblazer I went to Arrow Toppers to have side steps installed (I'm really short ?). At the time they were not available and Jason said to check back in about a month. This went on for many months. I never felt like I was bothering him... he was very helpful and checked his sources every time. We finally got it done and I was very happy with the results. Fast forward 2 years and I bought my 2024 Equinox. I went to Arrow again and Jason remembered me and my Trailblazer saga. This time he was able to get what I needed. I highly recommend Arrow Toppers.

I was missing a clamp to hold my truck bed cover in place, I called the company that I purchased the bed cover from now get this they wanted $75.00 to look at my bed cover and then there would be an extra charge for the missing item if they are willing to replace it after the inspection. So I decided to try another shop I called up ARROW TOPPERS they said they had extra clamps and it would only be a few dollars when I got there he checked and adjusted the bed cover as it wasn't installed correctly and installed the missing clamp. If you are looking for a bed cover I highly recommend them!

Just dealt with Arrow Toppers for what I believe is the 4th or 5th time throughout the years. I always check around for pricing and their prices are always the best. Feels like you're dealing with the owners because they know exactly what they're talking about and they always over deliver pretty hard to find these days. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

I purchased a Retrax Top from Arrow Toppers over 3 years ago. Just recently I accidently bent the operating rod and the top wouldn't close. I called Arrow and they told me to come over that morning. They had it fixed in under 10 minutes with no charge. I was fully expecting to pay for the repair but they said not to worry. They're great guys and I will be buying all my tops from these guys in the future.

Joel and Arrow topper is the best. We have a 96 ram that is difficult to find parts for. Joel went above and beyond to not only on creativley find a solution that no one could as we have been looking for weeks but he did all the work very quickly, my family and I are so grateful, Arrow topper has made a new customer for life. It's old school service and support that America and the world needs more of, just the core value of being a good neighbor and doing the right thing to help a fellow human.

Ran into an incident with some fishing pole rod holders and a car wash facility brought the truck into arrow toppers and once the part was in within 20 minutes I was out the door they do a phenomenal job. I will definitely recommend these fellas here to anybody across the United States.
