The woman at the counter window 173 was the sweetest, nicest lady ever at any locations. Most of the offices have bad customer service and long waits, she made it so quick, she is a people person. All of your offices should have her train the employees from now on....

For being a “money superstore” lol. Can’t even get a measly roll of quarters there now. Even if charged for .50. Excuse was cause of covid caused coin shortage lol. We are back to normal since covid. No coin shortage now. Google it lol. Yet the small mom n pop convenience store next door had a roll and Publix always does. Yet a wanna be financial institution won’t part with a roll. Lol.

I have a seizure disorder and while I did not have a full seizure in the store, shortly after arriving my brain started going very foggy and I did not feel right. I had problems remembering basic information like what net pay was and was having small difficulties comprehending. Most businesses in this position get frustrated and make the process 10 times harder for me when they don't understand this is everyday life for me. If I just stopped during those episodes I would never get anything done. Both the young lady and the manager on staff were very patient with me answering stupid questions and repeating information they had already told me. They helped me get what I came for and made the process easier for me.

Just so you guys know this location does discriminate based on the way a customer LOOKS. So they will give you excuses and make it difficult for you to do anything if you look grungy or dirty or are stinky, (don’t be doing yard work before you go in) but if you go to a different location just minutes later you won’t have those same problems or excuses. It’s called discrimination. Legitimate discrimination. Don’t waste your time at this location because you can get whatever you need twice as fast and with less hassle from any other location.Don’t be elderly, dirty, or any other ethnicity other than white at this location.

Almost always a good parking spot and I never have to wait long at Amscot-The Money Store. I have had to send and receive money time and again, and it seems there is always a Amscot close by where your privacy is important. The company employs well mannered and respectful service men and woman who treat you respectfully.

sent money western union instead of sending the money the way i had requested on the form they sent it next day, so i had to call western union myself then go back to the store to wait for them to call western union again the wait was very long and this was very inconvenient plus 2 trips they didnt seem to bothered by there mistake also they made sure to look at my paper to see that i did it correctly which i had very unhappy
